Sofa Bed Sofa beds are provided for additional sleeping arrangements. If you plan to use the sofa bed during your stay, please inform our team in advance so we can ensure it is properly prepared. The maximum weight limit is 220 lbs. Parking One unassigned parking stall is included with your reservation. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6 ft. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit in the garage. Parking pass and keys must be returned to the unit prior to check-out. Lost parking permits and keys will result in a $250.00 fine due to building regulations. Cancellation Policy All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is determined by the specific policy applied. The condo was in a good, central location. It was clean and comfortable and fit the needs of our family with 2 kids and a grandma. The bedrooms didn't cool down as well as the main living area but they brought us an extra fan so we could have one in each room. They were very responsive to messages and seemed very willing to help us have a great time!

We loved our stay just a few blocks to the beach! Very walkable neighborhood. The section of the beach closest to Airbnb had a breakwater making it a perfect place for little kids. The view of Diamond Head is truly stunning! For those with littles, the blackout curtains in the bedroom worked well and our kiddo easily took naps in the rooms. Would recommend this Airbnb!

Had a great stay here! Beds were clean and comfy. Parking was free and easy to figure out. Very walkable location and a beautiful view from the patio. The market store in the building was a nice and convenient bonus. We stayed in this apartment for a week. The host was super responsive in addressing all our concerns about the rainstorm before our arrival. In one incident, the egg whisk stick broke, and we immediately notified the host. The purpose of the notification was to make sure they would replace them for the next customer. Guess what, the host delivered a new one to the door on the same date. Again, super responsive. The apartment itself is very clean. The electric stove is a little bit of a learning curve for me. It is not an issue since we eat out most of the time and only make breakfast, but I recommend replacing it with a newer one. I will definitely use the same service if I come back to Honolulu.
