Housekeeping This property is privately managed and not associated with the hotel, therefore housekeeping services are not provided during your stay. The unit will be stocked with basic daily essentials based on the reservation size and length of stay. Unit Size Approximately 534-546 sqft of interior living space, plus a 67 sqft private patio / lanai area. Please note that photos may be taken with wide-angle lenses, which can sometimes make spaces appear larger than they are in person. Sofa Bed Sofa beds are provided for additional sleeping arrangements. If you plan to use the sofa bed during your stay, please inform our team in advance so we can ensure it is properly prepared. The maximum weight limit is 220 lbs. Parking One unassigned parking stall is included with your reservation. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6 ft. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit in the garage. Parking pass and keys must be returned to the unit prior to check-out. Lost parking permits and keys will result in a $250.00 fine due to building regulations. Cancellation Policy All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is determined by the specific policy applied. Guests should review the cancellation terms carefully before confirming their reservation. Once a reservation is confirmed, travel dates may not be modified. Building Operations The property is located within a privately managed building. From time to time, building management may conduct routine maintenance, fire alarm testing, inspections, or other operational work that could temporarily affect services such as water, electricity, elevators, or common areas. These activities are controlled by building management and are outside of the our control. While these situations are not frequent, they can occasionally occur as part of normal building operations. Location & City Environment The property is situated in central Waikiki, a vibrant and active area. As with most city locations, guests may occasionally notice sounds from street traffic, nearby businesses, building activity, or neighboring units.

Beautiful and Clean Apartment in a Great Location with Outstanding Amenities. We loved our stay in the heart of Waikiki, just a block and a half from the beach! #1 was all of the amenities our host provided in this tastefully decorated and fully furnished apartment. All we had to bring was our clothes and food! The fully stocked kitchen was especially nice and had all the appliances and necessities we needed, all the way down to oil, salt/pepper and coffee! We loved the short walk to Waikiki Beach, shopping and dining. The Free Parking was a Huge Plus and saved us a ton! I appreciated the shared laundry room that was just steps away and I was pleasantly surprised that our host had even provided detergent. Another huge plus was the beach supplies provided for swimming and a small picnic for our foursome. This place felt just like home and provided everything we needed! Looking forward to staying with them again.

I loved staying here for my vacation! It was the best location, super clean, and had everything we needed. Our stay was great! Jayden was prompt with his replies and the check in and check out process was explained well. Our place was exactly as pictured, clean and pristine. It offered so much amenities than we expected which made us feel prepared and cared for, for our stay! Was hesitant about reserving due to lack of reviews but was very pleased with our stay. Condo matched the photos and was in like-new condition. Everything felt brand new! So new that the kitchen hadn’t accumulated any extras (no spices beyond salt and pepper). No dishwasher but that’s not a problem. Beds were great and towels were thick and luxurious. TV was huge! We stayed for a week with no issues. Always enjoy this end of Waikiki and the parking permit is needed. This unit was a great find!
