Guest Support My team is local, on-site, and responsive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience throughout your stay. Rest assured you are in good hands with one of Hawaii’s most trusted vacation rental management teams. Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Please plan your travel schedule accordingly. Luggage storage may be available through the building front desk for a fee. Housekeeping This property is privately managed and not associated with the hotel, therefore housekeeping services are not provided during your stay. The unit will be stocked with basic daily essentials based on the reservation size and length of stay. If a specific amenity is important for your stay, we recommend confirming availability with our team prior to your arrival. Gym Access Gym access is available for a one-time fee of $10 per person. Guests who do not plan to use the gym are not required to pay this fee. Unit Size Approximately 305-316 sqft of interior living space, plus a 100 sqft private patio / lanai area. Please note that photos may be taken with wide-angle lenses, which can sometimes make spaces appear larger than they are in person. Parking Self-parking available in the building garage for $47 per day, payable at the on-site parking vending machine. Rates are subject to change. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6 ft. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit in the garage. Cancellation Policy All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is determined by the specific policy applied. Guests should review the cancellation terms carefully before confirming their reservation. Once a reservation is confirmed, travel dates may not be modified. We highly recommend guests consider purchasing travel insurance prior to confirming reservation. Travel insurance can help protect your trip in the event of unexpected schedule changes, delays, or other unforeseen travel disruptions. Building Operations The property is located within a privately managed building. From time to time, building management may conduct routine maintenance, fire alarm testing, inspections, or other operational work that could temporarily affect services such as water, electricity, elevators, or common areas. These activities are controlled by building management and are outside of the our control. While these situations are not frequent, they can occasionally occur as part of normal building operations. Location & City Environment The property is situated in central Waikiki, a vibrant and active area. As with most city locations, guests may occasionally notice sounds from street traffic, nearby businesses, building activity, or neighboring units. Annual Pool Closure: Please be advised that the Island Colony pool and jacuzzi deck will be temporarily closed for annual preventative maintenance beginning Sunday, November 9 at 9:00 PM. The pool and jacuzzi area are scheduled to reopen on Monday, November 17 at 7:00 AM, weather permitting. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding during this temporary closure!

We require all guests to follow the building's rules and regulations. These include no smoking inside the unit and no parties or events. Jayden’s place was just as described and as shown on photos. The first thing I paid attention to when walking in was cleanliness and believe me when I tell you this place was spotless, comfy, has a welcoming vibe to it, and in a great location. I had a few issues with the lock at initial check in, but someone was there within 20 minutes and resolved the issue. I appreciated the fast response at anytime of the day. Jayden’s place is also in a great location, lots to do, lots of restaurants nearby, and not far from the beach. I highly recommend any of Jayden’s units and will definitely book with him again. Major kudos to his team as well, they are all awesome.

Jayden and his team were impeccable with their communication, instructions, and mannerism. You can tell they run a very tight ship. Pictures of the unit is exactly as mentioned. The location is perfect and walking distance to anywhere in Waikīkī. The unit is brand new renovation and definitely a huge plus. Concierge and Frontdesk was accommodating with any questions such as parking, amenities, and luggage services. Had zero issues and would recommend to those looking to stay near Waikiki. Parking is expensive $40 per 24 hours; pro-tip ask the Frontdesk for parking availabilities! Only downside is the unit is next to the trash chute so you’ll need to deal with a feint smell. Overall 8/10 and would stay again

Definitely recommend this place for couples. Love how close it is to Waikiki beach and all the stores. Had a minor issue but the host fixed it immediately! Very happy about my stay and how responsive everyone is. Love the renovations that they have made, it looks exactly like the pictures. An umbrella and two chairs are provided which is great considering every beach wants to charge $40 for half a day. Only three things that I wouldn’t give a 5 star is the trash chute is right next to your door, the walls are pretty thin, and front desk charges you per bag to leave your luggage with them. Overall and great and easy stay.
