Please plan your travel schedule accordingly, as luggage storage is not available on-site. Unit Size Approximately 533 sqft of interior living space, plus a 67 sqft private patio / lanai area. Please note that photos may be taken with wide-angle lenses, which can sometimes make spaces appear larger than they are in person. Sofa Bed Sofa beds are provided for additional sleeping arrangements. If you plan to use the sofa bed during your stay, please inform our team in advance so we can ensure it is properly prepared. The maximum weight limit is 220 lbs. Housekeeping This property is privately managed and not associated with the hotel, therefore housekeeping services are not provided during your stay. The unit will be stocked with basic daily essentials based on the reservation size and length of stay. Parking One unassigned parking stall is included with your reservation. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6 ft. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit in the garage. Parking pass and keys must be returned to the unit prior to check-out. Lost parking permits and keys will result in a $250.00 fine due to building regulations. Cancellation Policy All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is determined by the specific policy applied. Guests should review the cancellation terms carefully before confirming their reservation. Building Operations The property is located within a privately managed building. We really enjoyed our stay! The unit was configured excellently to maximize the space for our family. I've seen other units in this popular building that doesn't have an actual, solid wall separating the bedroom and living room. Having the parking pass with in/out access was a huge bonus, too. They also had a roller cart and a couple beach umbrellas on the lanai which we took full advantage of as well to stay shaded. We would love to stay here again in the future! Great place to use as "home base" for our 3 days on Oahu. Easily walkable to Waikiki and beaches. Not to hard to get to/from H1. Parking was never an issue (listen to the recommendations for size of car...its a tight parking garage.) Not a huge place, but perfect for my family of 4 to chill at night and recharge for the next day. Fantastic comms and instructions from host. Definitely would recommend.

The building itself is old, so there are things associated with an older building that can’t be helped- dark hallways, uneven water pressure, noisy (but effective) a/c units (vs central a/c). Otherwise we had a great and comfortable stay- the unit is immaculate, beautifully updated, and had everything we needed for the beach. I also really appreciated how Jayden was super responsive and check out was so simple, without a huge list of to-do’s sometimes required by other rentals. It definitely alleviated the stress of catching a morning flight.
