Sofa Bed Sofa beds are provided for additional sleeping arrangements. If you plan to use the sofa bed during your stay, please inform our team in advance so we can ensure it is properly prepared. The maximum weight limit is 220 lbs. Parking One unassigned parking stall is included with your reservation. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6 ft. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit in the garage. Parking pass and keys must be returned to the unit prior to check-out. Lost parking permits and keys will result in a $250.00 fine due to building regulations. We really felt at home at Jayden's place. Everything was just as described and they even left a water bottle for each of us and chocolates! Beach towels, plus regular towels, face and hand too. Communication was immediate. The bathroom sink started to drain slowly and the next morning Audrey popped over and quickly fixed it. I forgot a pillow there and they were super kind and shipped it back to us the next day. The view was phenomenal, even at night. Better than expected. It worked out well for all 5 of us. Our daughter flew in from the mainland and they accomodated her as well. Even had the pull out sofa and blow up bed set up when we got there. The location was super close to the beach and a block from some excellent food trucks. We will keep this condo at the top of our list for our return!

We had such a great stay at Jayden’s listing. It was perfect for our vacation and we felt right at home the whole time. There was plenty to do that was walking distance and the beach was only a 7 minute walk away. Gorgeous views of diamond head and the surrounding area. Very peaceful and quiet. Location, location, location! It was truly perfect for our family vacation. We liked how easy it was for us to find the apartment, but check-in was really smooth and fast. Parking did not seem to be super challenging but it might be because we were staying in October, less busy month. Views are stunning, and you get to see that view for every morning and evening. It's not too far from the beach, but far enough that you get to feel more at home. Elevators can take a while (and I mean a while) so do plan accordingly. Did not get to enjoy the pool or BBQ but looked nice and the gym was good for a daily workout.
