Sofa Bed Sofa beds are provided for additional sleeping arrangements. If you plan to use the sofa bed during your stay, please inform our team in advance so we can ensure it is properly prepared. The maximum weight limit is 220 lbs. Parking One unassigned parking stall is included with your reservation. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6 ft. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit in the garage. Parking pass and keys must be returned to the unit prior to check-out. Lost parking permits and keys will result in a $250.00 fine due to building regulations. Wow! We have 2 kids and 1 infant and we had an amazing stay here! It was very clean, amazing view of the mountains and pool, close by to everything, minutes walk to Kuhio beach which is great for the kids. We were aware that our large car rental (Escalade) wouldn't fit in the parking lot and were prepared to park at the nearby Zoo, however we were pleased to find that the ground level of the parking here has very limited spots that do fit this large size of vehicle. We were lucky enough to have a spot each night. Jayden is great at communicating. We especially appreciated the beach wagon and body boards. Would stay here again for a future trip to Hawaii if only our family would fit once the kids are older. 16th floor location is actually 15th since the 13th floor doesnt exist, plus the pool is located on the 6th floor below, so when you look out your balcony it doesn't seem that high (only 9 floors up) for anyone afraid of heights like me. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The building itself is very outdated and old, but the suite was tastefully updated and comfortable. My kids loved the spinning Lounge chairs! The king bed was super comfy. The only bad thing I would say that the pillows were really uncomfortable. The suite was very clean, and the host was incredibly responsive and very professional. We had a very nice stay here and it was comfortable for our family of 4. The location is good.

Great option for staying in downtown Waikiki. One of the largest benefits is the included parking. Rooms were clean and easy to get into. ABC store just down the road was convenient while the in-house mart was just okay. Good location to get out of Waikiki easily without having to go through the wild traffic/people! Great location never can go wrong with this area. However the picture shows a door to balcony which does not open so you have to go through the bedroom which is very inconvenient. Mountain View’s no ocean. Pool if you are one to use it the Sun leaves the deck at 12:00 after that NO sun. The condo is well equipped (no dishwasher) which is fine. Everything else decent. Main bed comfy. Thank you
