Please note that photos may be taken with wide-angle lenses, which can sometimes make spaces appear larger than they are in person. Sofa Bed Sofa beds are provided for additional sleeping arrangements. If you plan to use the sofa bed during your stay, please inform our team in advance so we can ensure it is properly prepared. The maximum weight limit is 220 lbs. Housekeeping This property is privately managed and not associated with the hotel, therefore housekeeping services are not provided during your stay. The unit will be stocked with basic daily essentials based on the reservation size and length of stay. Parking One unassigned parking stall is included with your reservation. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6 ft. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit in the garage. Parking pass and keys must be returned to the unit prior to check-out. great place! our kids loved the pool and the playground in the complex. we drove to other locations mostly so we didn't get to use the beach nearby, but we liked the location in general. there are many rules in the building so be aware (e. g. laundry room time, etc). the place is very clean and nearly organized.

We had a great stay as a family of four with two young kids. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything all basic necessities. The building is older, but the unit appears to have been recently renovated. The location is a bit off the busier part of Waikiki, but is a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and the zoo. Free parking was very convenient, though we’d recommend a smaller car as noted in the listing. The host was responsive and provided clear directions and check-in instructions. We enjoyed the newly opened pool and small playground. There was also a basketball/tennis court and BBQ area. There is access to a shared washer and dryer on the floor, which was convenient. The unit overlooks the pool, so there was some evening noise until the pool closed at 10 pm, which may be something to consider for families with early sleepers. Overall, a great stay.
