Sofa Bed Sofa beds are provided for additional sleeping arrangements. If you plan to use the sofa bed during your stay, please inform our team in advance so we can ensure it is properly prepared. The maximum weight limit is 220 lbs. Parking One unassigned parking stall is included with your reservation. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6 ft. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit in the garage. Parking pass and keys must be returned to the unit prior to check-out. Lost parking permits and keys will result in a $250.00 fine due to building regulations. the rooms are clean with TVs in each room. the room is located at the end of the hallway, so you get a full view of the diamond head and a partial view of the ocean. the laundry is located just next door and across the laundry room is the drop duct for the trash. the waikiki beach is just 3 minutes wall as well as the trolley stop where buses pick up the visitors for tour. Great place to stay. my wife and my kids loved it.

Jayden was quick to reply to my questions. The Location of the condo is close to everything. The design of the condo was boho chic, with comfortable beds, fluffy towels, and a cool swing chair on the balcony. Jayden made sure that visitors are taken care of with beach equipment, beach chairs, towels, umbrella etc. A TV in each room and board games. The space was furnished nicely, beyond clean, and a super comfortable space. I would stay here again.

I rarely leave negative reviews because I understand how important they are to hosts. However, this stay was disappointing. I had previously stayed in two of Jayden’s Waikiki rentals and was always very happy, so I rented from him again without hesitation. When we arrived, the master bedroom carpet was wet and had a bad odor. Jayden came by on the second day and cleaned it again, but by the fifth day the carpet was still wet and the smell had become worse. I later requested that the carpet not be cleaned again and instead asked for a fan to help dry it out. Unfortunately, the carpet was shampooed again, which spread the odor throughout the condo. The smell became so strong that my husband and I ended up sleeping on the couch for the rest of the trip. Phil offered to refund our final night and mentioned refunding the cleaning fee, but neither refund happened and my follow-up message received no response. I hate writing this because of my past positive experiences, but others should know

Very convenient for a family with small kids. Located near beaches and places to eat. The place was clean, had plenty of sleeping places, and had a reasonably stocked kitchen in terms of supplies (rice cooker, air fryer, basic pots and pans). This was very helpful in terms of saving some costs - Waikiki is quite expensive! Good garage parking included in the stay. Overall, I would recommend their place.
