Sofa Bed If you plan to use the sofa bed during your stay, please inform our team in advance so we can ensure it is properly prepared. Housekeeping This property is privately managed and not associated with the hotel, therefore housekeeping services are not provided during your stay. The unit will be stocked with basic daily essentials based on the reservation size and length of stay. Guests who do not plan to use the gym are not required to pay this fee. Unit Size Approximately 305-316 sqft of interior living space, plus a 100 sqft private patio / lanai area. Please note that photos may be taken with wide-angle lenses, which can sometimes make spaces appear larger than they are in person. Parking Self-parking available in the building garage for $47 per day, payable at the on-site parking vending machine. Rates are subject to change. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6 ft. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit in the garage. Cancellation Policy All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is determined by the specific policy applied. Guests should review the cancellation terms carefully before confirming their reservation. Once a reservation is confirmed, travel dates may not be modified. We highly recommend guests consider purchasing travel insurance prior to confirming reservation. Travel insurance can help protect your trip in the event of unexpected schedule changes, delays, or other unforeseen travel disruptions. Building Operations The property is located within a privately managed building. From time to time, building management may conduct routine maintenance, fire alarm testing, inspections, or other operational work that could temporarily affect services such as water, electricity, elevators, or common areas. These activities are controlled by building management and are outside of the our control. While these situations are not frequent, they can occasionally occur as part of normal building operations. Location & City Environment The property is situated in central Waikiki, a vibrant and active area. As with most city locations, guests may occasionally notice sounds from street traffic, nearby businesses, building activity, or neighboring units. Annual Pool Closure: Please be advised that the Island Colony pool and jacuzzi deck will be temporarily closed for annual preventative maintenance beginning Sunday, November 9 at 9:00 PM. The pool and jacuzzi area are scheduled to reopen on Monday, November 17 at 7:00 AM, weather permitting. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding during this temporary closure!

We enjoyed our stay. The pictures were exactly like the condo. The hallway is old and the condo is by a trash shoot, but once inside the condo it was clean and updated. Condo was spacious with a nice balcony. For the price point, we had everything we needed. We walked to the beach and restaurants with no problem.

Such a cute little spot, in a great location! Loved the balcony. The diner downstairs was absolutely delicious. The only things were small things but were a tiny bit inconvenient. The beach umbrella in the closet was broken, so when we took it to the beach it was a disaster to put pieces back together and take it back. Should be thrown out to not confuse people on availability. Also the sliding door, you have to open it a little to use the manual lock so bugs do get in overnight and the walls are pretty thin so we could hear everything from our neighbors. The front door would creak throughout the day. Regardless, the place was wonderful!

This was a good stay for my husband and I. Looks like the listing, clean, easy to get in to. The AC worked well which was a big plus. The shower floor and sink in kitchen felt like it could use some cleaning - there were some dirty spots left before we came, but it didn’t ruin our trip. Location is pretty good, it’s decent. The walls are thin, so you hear everything around you. Our neighbor blasted music from 7am - midnight every day, with lots of random bumps and bangs. The building is being renovated so there is construction too. The room smelled a little damp, but it wasn’t horrible. Overall the linens were clean and everything was tidy. The view of the canal was beautiful and it was very relaxing. We had chairs and towels for the beach. The pool was really nice and spacious too! Go if you get tired of the sand.

Location is just outside the main part of Waikiki. I was able to make the 10 min walk with a surfboard to the beach every day. It's about 7 minutes walk from the core of tow. Wifi worked for conference calls. Sound-proofing/insulation was poor. the Street could easily be heard. It was a tiny bit smaller than expected. While the room was nice and updated, the building felt a bit tired and run down. Everything the owner could control was nice, but the things out of their control were annoying (parking) and a bit run down. There is free street parking. We only got one of those spots one day of the 10 we were there, so plan to pay $45 a day for parking. It's worth renting a car to see the rest of the island though. Coffee, tea, water toilet paper, paper towel was all available. There were sufficient dishes and utensils available for us to cook simple meals.
