Please note that photos may be taken with wide-angle lenses, which can sometimes make spaces appear larger than they are in person. Sofa Bed Sofa beds are provided for additional sleeping arrangements. If you plan to use the sofa bed during your stay, please inform our team in advance so we can ensure it is properly prepared. Housekeeping This property is privately managed and not associated with the hotel, therefore housekeeping services are not provided during your stay. The unit will be stocked with basic daily essentials based on the reservation size and length of stay. Parking One unassigned parking stall is included with your reservation. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6 ft. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit in the garage. Parking pass and keys must be returned to the unit prior to check-out. Lost parking permits and keys will result in a $250.00 fine due to building regulations. Cancellation Policy All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is determined by the specific policy applied. Guests should review the cancellation terms carefully before confirming their reservation. Once a reservation is confirmed, travel dates may not be modified. We highly recommend guests consider purchasing travel insurance prior to confirming reservation. Building Operations The property is located within a privately managed building. These activities are controlled by building management and are outside of the our control. While these situations are not frequent, they can occasionally occur as part of normal building operations. Location & City Environment The property is situated in central Waikiki, a vibrant and active area. As with most city locations, guests may occasionally notice sounds from street traffic, nearby businesses, building activity, or neighboring units.

I can't say enough positive things on this airbnb. Hands down the best airbnb I've ever stayed in. The towels, the blankets, the appliances, the utensils, the gadgets, the couch pillows.... are all high end quality & it did not go unnoticed! ( I feel the details matter & this certainly exceeded expectations) I felt this place was beyond perfect for a week long stay for my husband & I. Jayden and his team did an excellent job communicating and keeping in touch throughout our stay. The Airbnb looked exactly like the photos. My groomsmen and I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay before the wedding. We enjoyed the kitchen and dining area; the balcony offered a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape. It was the perfect spot to wake up in the morning and relax in the evening. If you’re not used to driving in Honolulu, the traffic and parking can be chaotic. However, the Airbnb provides a dedicated parking spot in the parking garage, which is especially helpful on weekends. If you don’t plan on driving far, I recommend staying parked and exploring the area on foot, as there is plenty to do nearby. Waikiki Beach is a 5-10 minute walk away.

My group loved the place! It was definitely a home away from home and Jayden and his team were great! Only downside was that elevators took some extra time to reach our level during peak hours but we just planned accordingly to when we needed to reach our destination. We will for sure be back!

Family of four stayed at Jayden's condominium and the unit and location were great. Pictures on Airbnb are accurate and place is roomy and very well decorated. Double sink is a big plus for a family, and the rock-floor shower is lovely. Very comfortable beds and easy to work in the kitchen. Jayden and his team were great communicators and all the instructions were readily available. I recommend.
