Sofa Bed Sofa beds are provided for additional sleeping arrangements. If you plan to use the sofa bed during your stay, please inform our team in advance so we can ensure it is properly prepared. The maximum weight limit is 220 lbs. Parking One unassigned parking stall is included with your reservation. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6 ft. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit in the garage. Parking pass and keys must be returned to the unit prior to check-out. Lost parking permits and keys will result in a $250.00 fine due to building regulations. Cancellation Policy All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is determined by the specific policy applied. Absolutely loved our stay! The place looks exactly like the pictures and matches the description, with modern upgrades that made everything feel fresh and comfortable like home. The full kitchen was a huge plus, and the bathroom was spotless with great water pressure and reliable hot water. No worries about running out. Having a washer and dryer, plus an accessible trash shoot on the floor, made everything so convenient. The foldable wagon provided was perfect for groceries, and beach gear. We really enjoyed the balcony to step outside for some fresh air. The location is walkable to many spots, and free parking is a definite bonus. Also, we appreciated the little details such as a full length. Overall, one of the few places I’d gladly return to.

We stayed at Jayden’s place for two nights after spending a week in the North Shore. It was a perfect base to enjoy Waikiki. The location is excellent and close to the beach and the downtown strip, a short walk away from restaurants and shops. The apartment itself is exactly as pictured in the photos. Furnishings were quite new and kept very clean. We didn’t do any cooking but the fully equipped kitchen was available. Everything worked well—AC unit was good, bathroom and showers were very good. Two large beds in the bedroom were super comfortable, and a pull out futon was prepared for us in the living room. Balcony was comfortable and had nice views of the ocean. Coin laundry room was on the same floor. We didn’t rent a car but there was in-building parking available. The unit had everything we needed in a short stay. Also there was bag storage shop nearby that was very helpful. It was a very pleasant stay for us. Highly recommend Jayden’s place.
