Please note that photos may be taken with wide-angle lenses, which can sometimes make spaces appear larger than they are in person. Parking Self-parking available in the building garage for $47 per day, payable at the on-site parking vending machine. Rates are subject to change. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6 ft. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit in the garage. Cancellation Policy All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is determined by the specific policy applied. Guests should review the cancellation terms carefully before confirming their reservation. Once a reservation is confirmed, travel dates may not be modified. Building Operations The property is located within a privately managed building. From time to time, building management may conduct routine maintenance, fire alarm testing, inspections, or other operational work that could temporarily affect services such as water, electricity, elevators, or common areas. These activities are controlled by building management and are outside of the our control. While these situations are not frequent, they can occasionally occur as part of normal building operations. Location & City Environment The property is situated in central Waikiki, a vibrant and active area. As with most city locations, guests may occasionally notice sounds from street traffic, nearby businesses, building activity, or neighboring units. Annual Pool Closure: Please be advised that the Island Colony pool and jacuzzi deck will be temporarily closed for annual preventative maintenance beginning Sunday, November 9 at 9:00 PM. The pool and jacuzzi area are scheduled to reopen on Monday, November 17 at 7:00 AM, weather permitting. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding during this temporary closure!

Overall: 3.6/5 Location: 5/5 Cleanliness: 3/5 Room/Building: 3.5/5 Balcony View: 3/5 Overall, we had a good stay. Location is the biggest highlight—an easy walk to Waikīkī Beach, shopping, and restaurants, so you don't need a car unless you plan to explore farther. The room matched the listing photos, and the beds were comfortable. The balcony overlooks the golf course and canal with a small ocean view between the buildings. You can't see the fireworks, but you can hear them. The Forty Niner restaurant in the building is a great, convenient spot for breakfast or lunch. The room and bathroom are small, so we wouldn't recommend it for more than two people. Our biggest concern was cleanliness. We found hair on a bed at check-in, but the host resolved it quickly. We also got black dirt stains on our clothes from the balcony furniture or railing. This seemed more like an issue with the cleaning company than the hosts, but we'd recommend they do a quick inspection before guest check-in

This place was nicer in person than the pictures. That was a first. The place was very clean, looked newly remodeled and modern. Great beds, pillows, and fresh linens. The bathroom was crisp and clean with a nice big shower, good water pressure and good hot water. I didn’t cook but there was everything you needed for cooking. The lanai was big and private with nice views of the mountains and a little bit of the ocean. Check in was easy. Overall 10/10 would recommend and stay again! Mahalo!

The place was really nice and clean! Walking distance to the shopping centers. However, the wifi did not work during most of our stay which affected our overall experience. Regardless, the host was really helpful and responsive in assisting us with the wifi troubleshooting, so I’m still giving it 5 stars :)

This beautiful little apartment is exactly as described and shown in the pictures! The Island Colony is perfectly located for accessing everything in Waikiki. it is very warm and welcoming, I loved the cleanliness of the apartment, the view and the beautiful surfboard that was displayed on the wall! I actually searched for it and found where to purchase it for my home, a beautiful memory of my stay in Hawaii. Loved the bathroom shower, it had a pebble bottom and a nice shower head with soothing "hot"water, very relaxing! There was body wash shampoo, everything you needed to just step in and relax. the kitchen was stocked with good coffee! A great way to start the morning and there is a breakfast spot right in the lobby as well. Jayden and staff were very helpful, if we had any questions they responded within 10 to 15 minutes! I will gladly stay at Jaden's place again upon my return to Waikiki! thank you for being a great host, aloha!
