Unit Size Approximately 356 -360 sqft of interior living space, plus a 58 sqft private patio / lanai area. Sofa Bed Sofa beds are provided for additional sleeping arrangements. If you plan to use the sofa bed during your stay, please inform our team in advance so we can ensure it is properly prepared. The maximum weight limit is 220 lbs. Parking Self-parking available in the building garage for $35 per day (will change to $45 on June 1st, 2026), payable at the on-site parking vending machine. Rates are subject to change. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6 ft. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit in the garage. Cancellation Policy All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is determined by the specific policy applied. Building Operations The property is located within a privately managed building. These activities are controlled by building management and are outside of the our control. While these situations are not frequent, they can occasionally occur as part of normal building operations. This was the perfect spot for 4 adults. The space was neat and clean and it was so nice to have everything you could need for a whole week - coffee pods, laundry detergent, toiletries, extra towels, etc. The beach wagon and beach chairs were a great addition and the unit is just a 3-5 min walk to the beach. You’ll come across 2 ABC stores along the way, including a Korean food truck and the Musubi cafe. The beach and Mountain View’s from the balcony were nice - you can also see the Friday night fireworks from the southwest side of the rooftop pool. Micheal, our host, was super responsive and helpful. The front desk staff were also friendly and accommodating. We would stay here again.

Location is perfect right next to the main beach. Near by many shops and cafes. Downsides: A/C is portable and its so loud that you can’t sleep with it on. Internet, I was struggling even open my emails and had to buy couple of times 10g packages to use for work. Generally everything in the flat gives you feeling like you are back to 80th. Old furniture, sofa pillows hardly alive and have holes in it. Bed headrest is making the banging sound when you turn. Tv is hard to figure out how it works. Parking cost around 30usd and its very strick so learn how to use it you will get ticket or car towed away in minutes. No joke, read and understand how parking works. There is a guy who makes money on it. Curtains are not fully closing so be ready for the morning light and sound from A/c if you came home late and what to sleep longer.
