Sofa Bed Sofa beds are provided for additional sleeping arrangements. If you plan to use the sofa bed during your stay, please inform our team in advance so we can ensure it is properly prepared. The maximum weight limit is 220 lbs. Parking One unassigned parking stall is included with your reservation. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6 ft. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit in the garage. Parking pass and keys must be returned to the unit prior to check-out. Lost parking permits and keys will result in a $250.00 fine due to building regulations. Cancellation Policy All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is determined by the specific policy applied. Jayden our host was extremely professional yet friendly. Very responsive and made sure our stay from beginning to end was seamless. His instructions were easy and informative. He checked in to make sure our stay was seamless. His hospitality felt like home. The amenities and location was perfect. We had booked a hotel and a separate airbnb which he owns in another location and the driving distance was 2 min away. Parking in property was very accessible. The condo was very nice, you could tell newly renovated. The lobby of the building and the elevator was old and run down so we were definitely skeptical when we first arrived, but were pleasantly surprised with the room. The provided parking spot was SO SO nice and convenient. We liked having the market in the building, too. The two queen beds in the bedroom were nice and comfortable. There was not much room with the two beds in the room, but thats ok. The sofa sleeper wasn't bad, it definitely helped that it was new and had nice linens and plenty pillows. Kitchen was stocked with all the basics for cooking meals. We loved the little outdoor lanai with table/chairs and great view. We sat out there each morning with our coffee, which was also provided- THANK YOU THANK YOU! It was also so nice to have a few water bottles available when we arrived along with a box of chocolates- Really nice, simple touches!
