Housekeeping This property is privately managed and not associated with the hotel, therefore housekeeping services are not provided during your stay. The unit will be stocked with basic daily essentials based on the reservation size and length of stay. Parking Self-parking available in the building garage for $47 per day, payable at the on-site parking vending machine. Rates are subject to change. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6 ft. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit in the garage. Cancellation Policy All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is determined by the specific policy applied. Building Operations The property is located within a privately managed building. From time to time, building management may conduct routine maintenance, fire alarm testing, inspections, or other operational work that could temporarily affect services such as water, electricity, elevators, or common areas. These activities are controlled by building management and are outside of the our control. While these situations are not frequent, they can occasionally occur as part of normal building operations. Location & City Environment The property is situated in central Waikiki, a vibrant and active area. As with most city locations, guests may occasionally notice sounds from street traffic, nearby businesses, building activity, or neighboring units. Annual Pool Closure: Please be advised that the Island Colony pool and jacuzzi deck will be temporarily closed for annual preventative maintenance beginning Sunday, November 9 at 9:00 PM. The pool and jacuzzi area are scheduled to reopen on Monday, November 17 at 7:00 AM, weather permitting. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding during this temporary closure!

What a great stay. I worried it would be too far from the bustle of Waikiki Beach, but it wasn’t at all - in fact perfectly located for everything. Everything was as described, the team were very communicative, and the kitchen in particular was a standout. The bed was comfy and our son loved the bunk bed very much. The pool was great, never too busy, and perfect for relaxing and our son to have the best time. All in all, a great stay.

We had an amazing time staying at this Airbnb in Honolulu. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, and close to so many great shops and restaurants. It made exploring the area so convenient, whether we wanted to grab a quick bite, enjoy a sunset stroll, or pick up souvenirs. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was very responsive and provided clear details regarding the listing and check in instructions. We didn’t get to use them but there were also several camping chairs and a wagon you could bring with you to the beach. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Honolulu. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Such a pretty little apartment. I like that its a corner view so windows in livingroom and then the balcony in bedroom. Very safe for kids! Wish the windows in livingroom did have a child proof lock, specially next to the twin beds. I did see 1 roach in bathroom when we arrived but never again. I guess thats normal for hawaii & seeing reviews elsewhere. The parking garage sucks because it doesn't accommodate bigger cars but that i knew so i got parking elsewhere. If u do park there DO NOT loose ur ticket, technically anywhere in waikiki. Easy check in & out. The elevator are fast! No noise from neighbors at all. Very quiet and friendly place to stay! I would so stay here again.
