Parking Self-parking available in the building garage for $47 per day, payable at the on-site parking vending machine. Rates are subject to change. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6 ft. Cancellation Policy All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is determined by the specific policy applied. Building Operations The property is located within a privately managed building. From time to time, building management may conduct routine maintenance, fire alarm testing, inspections, or other operational work that could temporarily affect services such as water, electricity, elevators, or common areas. These activities are controlled by building management and are outside of the our control. While these situations are not frequent, they can occasionally occur as part of normal building operations. Location & City Environment The property is situated in central Waikiki, a vibrant and active area. As with most city locations, guests may occasionally notice sounds from street traffic, nearby businesses, building activity, or neighboring units. Annual Pool Closure: Please be advised that the Island Colony pool and jacuzzi deck will be temporarily closed for annual preventative maintenance beginning Sunday, November 9 at 9:00 PM. The pool and jacuzzi area are scheduled to reopen on Monday, November 17 at 7:00 AM, weather permitting. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding during this temporary closure!

We require all guests to follow the building's rules and regulations. These include no smoking inside the unit and no parties or events. The place is near to everything like ross, abc stores and different restaurant to choose from! It is also near dukes marketplace which is a hidden gem! The team is very responsive, we asked for a vacuum and they gave to us. 5 stars and we will definitely be back when we go to hawaii!

Accommodation is perfectly located within walking distance of shops, restaurants and beaches. Cost of accomodation is in line with other accommodations in Waikiki. Lovely pool and jacuzzi and gym on 6th floor. Laundry facilities also which is very helpful. I would definitely return to this accommodation.

Place was exactly as advertised. My family had a comfortable away without many issues and would recommend staying here. We had some minor issues with the room. As brought up by other guests, the door must be held closed in order for the door to lock. The water container for the Keriug will slowly leak water, so it’s recommended that you only put enough to fill your cup. There are no nearby electrical outlets by one of the beds. The onsite store sells detergent for $1.50 and I was able to do laundry on two separate days without any problems at the laundromat on the sixth floor.

如果你是搭乘紅眼班機抵達時間晚，真的不用特別擔心，這裡有專人為您做check in , 房源附近很多商店餐廳，走路都能到，威基基海灘走路也不用10分鐘，房東很貼心會在入住前說明一切入住跟退房事項，房源非常乾淨，唯一美中不足的是房東提供免費使用的沙灘傘、椅、墊等等（有2組可提供4個人用）但是其中一把傘跟椅是壞的，連沙灘墊都破的，希望房東能更新讓其他入住旅客開心使用
