The maximum weight limit is 220 lbs. Housekeeping This property is privately managed and not associated with the hotel, therefore housekeeping services are not provided during your stay. The unit will be stocked with basic daily essentials based on the reservation size and length of stay. Parking One unassigned parking stall is included with your reservation. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6 ft. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit in the garage. Parking pass and keys must be returned to the unit prior to check-out. Lost parking permits and keys will result in a $250.00 fine due to building regulations. Cancellation Policy All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. This was our first visit to Honolulu. I can say this location was breathtaking. It was everything we wanted and more. It was just a 5-10 min walk to the beach and many restaurants surrounding it. The check in and check out process was smooth and communication was top notch. It was super clean and had everything you’d need in every room, also included free parking it was very accommodating! We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Kevin’s & Jasmine place. From start to finish, one of the major factors that I loved was that the communication with Jasmine & Kevin was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. We had minor issues, however, Jasmine took care of us, ensuring to make our stay more comfortable. The location was perfect, 5 min. walk to Waikiki Beach and malls (International Market place, etc), ABC stores, & pretty much the hub of Waikiki was a 10 min walk which is convenient. The place - it was perfect for a family of 5. Beach equipment was provided in the balcony which was spectacular because you have everything you need to bring to the beach. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend the hosts (Kevin & Jasmine) and their property highly enough. Thank you for such a memorable stay, we will definitely be back.

Kevins place was great! He was communicative and welcoming. Super close to the beach ( a block away) and tourist attractions (super walkable area - and very close to convenience stores, supermarket, restaurants and public transportation). The place itself was cozy, quiet, easy to access and well equipped— had great views of the ocean from the windows. Definitely a great place to stay !
