Unit Size Approximately 534-546 sqft of interior living space, plus a 67 sqft private patio / lanai area. Please note that photos may be taken with wide-angle lenses, which can sometimes make spaces appear larger than they are in person. Sofa Bed Sofa beds are provided for additional sleeping arrangements. If you plan to use the sofa bed during your stay, please inform our team in advance so we can ensure it is properly prepared. The maximum weight limit is 220 lbs. Parking One unassigned parking stall is included with your reservation. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6 ft. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit in the garage. Parking pass and keys must be returned to the unit prior to check-out. Lost parking permits and keys will result in a $250.00 fine due to building regulations. Cancellation Policy All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is determined by the specific policy applied. Guests should review the cancellation terms carefully before confirming their reservation. Once a reservation is confirmed, travel dates may not be modified. We highly recommend guests consider purchasing travel insurance prior to confirming reservation. Building Operations The property is located within a privately managed building. From time to time, building management may conduct routine maintenance, fire alarm testing, inspections, or other operational work that could temporarily affect services such as water, electricity, elevators, or common areas. These activities are controlled by building management and are outside of the our control. While these situations are not frequent, they can occasionally occur as part of normal building operations. Location & City Environment The property is situated in central Waikiki, a vibrant and active area. As with most city locations, guests may occasionally notice sounds from street traffic, nearby businesses, building activity, or neighboring units.

We require all guests to follow the building's rules and regulations. These include no smoking inside the unit and no parties or events. The beach was a 4-minute walk away, and there were a lot of good restaurants and a night market within a 10-15 minute walking distance from the Airbnb. We had a small issue with the toilet, and a co-host came and fixed it within 30 minutes. There were no extensive cleaning procedures when we checked out, which made our checkout hassle-free.

We loved staying at this place. The apartment was clean, just enough room for the six of us (two kids included), has a great view on Diamond Head from the 25th floor and you can even see some ocean. It’s right in Waikiki beach so can be pretty noisy with open windows but it didn’t bother us. You find a bus station right in front of the apartment, parking was easy with the provided parking pass and information and the beach is walkable within a few minutes. We appreciated the provided amenities (water, coffee, olive oil…) and enjoyed our stay. Thanks to the host and co-hosts!

Jayden’s place was perfect for our family of 5! It had everything we needed for our little ones for the beach so we didn’t have to pack any extras or go buy anything. It was in a very convenient location and everything was seamless. They were very responsive and proactive about making sure we had all the information we needed to check in and out. The parking was such a breeze which is usually very difficult in Waikiki hotels/stay. We would definitely come back. Mahalo to Jayden and his team for providing such a wonderful place.
