Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit in the garage. Cancellation Policy All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is determined by the specific policy applied. Building Operations The property is located within a privately managed building. From time to time, building management may conduct routine maintenance, fire alarm testing, inspections, or other operational work that could temporarily affect services such as water, electricity, elevators, or common areas. These activities are controlled by building management and are outside of the our control. While these situations are not frequent, they can occasionally occur as part of normal building operations. Location & City Environment The property is situated in central Waikiki, a vibrant and active area. As with most city locations, guests may occasionally notice sounds from street traffic, nearby businesses, building activity, or neighboring units. Annual Pool Closure: Please be advised that the Island Colony pool and jacuzzi deck will be temporarily closed for annual preventative maintenance beginning Sunday, November 9 at 9:00 PM. The pool and jacuzzi area are scheduled to reopen on Monday, November 17 at 7:00 AM, weather permitting. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding during this temporary closure!

We originally booked at HHV but heard about strikes so had to cancel and rebook last minutes. Trang’s place is better than perfect. So close to the main strips where all the restaurants and shops are at. Trang and her teams are extremely responsive to all our needs. The place perfect for us 4 adults. The location is in the heart of the Waikiki. I cannot he happier. This make our trip special because everything is so easily accessible. Place is just like the pictures. Nice, neat and clean. And the place has everything u will ever need in your vacation. We went to KCC farmers market so we bought a lot of food and fruits. The kitchen has everything we need. So convenient. They also provide beach’s necessities. All amenities are more than we needed. This trip makes it extra special because of Trang’s place. I will recommend to all my friends and families.
