Sofa Bed Sofa beds are provided for additional sleeping arrangements. If you plan to use the sofa bed during your stay, please inform our team in advance so we can ensure it is properly prepared. The maximum weight limit is 220 lbs. Housekeeping This property is privately managed and not associated with the hotel, therefore housekeeping services are not provided during your stay. The unit will be stocked with basic daily essentials based on the reservation size and length of stay. Parking One unassigned parking stall is included with your reservation. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6 ft. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit in the garage. Parking pass and keys must be returned to the unit prior to check-out. Lost parking permits and keys will result in a $250.00 fine due to building regulations. Cancellation Policy All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. Jayden is an excellent host! Very fast to respond and has great local recommendations. We enjoyed our stay very much. Super fast WIFI so getting Hanauma Bay tickets were easy and AC was nice and cold. The views from the lanai were amazing especially at night. All beds were comfortable and Jayden made sure the sofa was all set up in the bed configuration with extra pillow and linens. Condo is beautiful and modern and had everything we needed. The TV was awesome for watching World Cup matches!! Thanks Jayden for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful apartment, recently renovated, looks just like the pictures and everything works. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the space and amenities when compared to a hotel room. Great view from 25th floor. Clean and organized. Has anything you may need for a great vacation. Parking is an added perk and a rare find in Waikiki. Elevators are being renovated so wait times could be on the long side and cabins got crowded at times, hopefully they'll be done soon and the building will have brand new elevators

Beautiful listing and great location - would stay again! Stayed at Jayden's listing with my family of 4 (2 adults, 2 toddlers). The description + photos are accurate, everything inside is beautiful & clean (important for those with toddlers!). It had everything we needed and was close to all the fun stuff in Waikiki. A few small nits (specific to my group): the elevators were slow so take that into account if you have small kids that are restless! The AC was great to have but it's a small portable unit in the bedroom and it was hard to control a constant temp. One degree was either too warm/cold. As part of that, the hidden door does not remain shut based on the temp/AC wind being blown unless you use the latch (which was lose and needs to be tightened with a screwdriver). This was a little difficult for us as we put our kids down early and hung out in the living room but the door kept swinging open. A latch on both sides would be great to have! Overall it fit our needs well though!

Beautiful airbnb with everything we needed and walkable to Waikiki beach. Everything in the apartment was new (or appeared new). Great location for the price and the inside of the condo was beautiful, with beautiful views. The elevators were being worked on so wait times took longer than usual for an elevator, there was a day the water was shut off for a few hours because of elevator work, all of that is completely out of the airbnbs control and very minor inconveniences. I’d recommend this airbnb to everyone and will book when I return! The price is great for the location and the owners are EXTREMELY responsive and even let us check in a bit early!
