Important details to note: •Property is approximately 650 square feet. •Please note: The assigned parking stall is located on the 7th floor. After parking, guests must take the parking garage elevator down to the lobby level, then switch to the residential tower elevator to reach the unit. •Please be mindful of the parking height clearance of 6'3. Heightened wheelbase vehicles, large trucks and SUV's may not fit in the garage. •Lost parking gate cards will result in a replacement fine of $250.00 •Lost garage entry fob will result in a replacement fine of $50.00 per fob. •Please use caution and review the weight restrictions of the foldout Murphy bed. Max 180lbs. •Early checkins may not be available due to the parking gate card used by cleaning, please do not checkin early unless advised. •Checkout time is at 11AM. •For the use of the Murphy bed and sleeper sofa, please provide advance notice so we may provide additional linens in the unit. •Laundry pods are provided for the washer and dryer.
