Please plan your travel schedule accordingly. Luggage storage may be available through the building front desk for a fee. Sofa Bed If you plan to use the sofa bed during your stay, please inform our team in advance so we can ensure it is properly prepared. Housekeeping This property is privately managed and not associated with the hotel, therefore housekeeping services are not provided during your stay. The unit will be stocked with basic daily essentials based on the reservation size and length of stay. If a specific amenity is important for your stay, we recommend confirming availability with our team prior to your arrival. Gym Access Gym access is available for a one-time fee of $10 per person. Guests who do not plan to use the gym are not required to pay this fee. Unit Size Approximately 305-316 sqft of interior living space, plus a 100 sqft private patio / lanai area. Please note that photos may be taken with wide-angle lenses, which can sometimes make spaces appear larger than they are in person. Parking Self-parking available in the building garage for $47 per day, payable at the on-site parking vending machine. Rates are subject to change. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6 ft. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit in the garage. Cancellation Policy All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is determined by the specific policy applied. Guests should review the cancellation terms carefully before confirming their reservation. Once a reservation is confirmed, travel dates may not be modified. We highly recommend guests consider purchasing travel insurance prior to confirming reservation. Travel insurance can help protect your trip in the event of unexpected schedule changes, delays, or other unforeseen travel disruptions. Building Operations The property is located within a privately managed building. From time to time, building management may conduct routine maintenance, fire alarm testing, inspections, or other operational work that could temporarily affect services such as water, electricity, elevators, or common areas. These activities are controlled by building management and are outside of the our control. While these situations are not frequent, they can occasionally occur as part of normal building operations. Location & City Environment The property is situated in central Waikiki, a vibrant and active area. As with most city locations, guests may occasionally notice sounds from street traffic, nearby businesses, building activity, or neighboring units. Annual Pool Closure: Please be advised that the Island Colony pool and jacuzzi deck will be temporarily closed for annual preventative maintenance beginning Sunday, November 9 at 9:00 PM. The pool and jacuzzi area are scheduled to reopen on Monday, November 17 at 7:00 AM, weather permitting. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding during this temporary closure!

This is the third of Jayden’s spaces we’ve stayed at in the building. They have all been exceptional, but the view from this one was by far the best! The sunrise in the city is breathtaking. The space is a good size for two people, bed very comfortable, the balcony is great for relaxing on, love the kitchen with a full size refrigerator. The building itself is in a great location - quick walk to the beach and shops, but also quiet. We will stay at Jayden’s properties again for future trips.

Everything about Jayden's place is spot on. It's one of the best locations in Honolulu. When my wife and I first traveled to Honolulu together in 2015, we stayed (cheaply) at the Seaside Hostel just a couple of buildings away. Then we discovered Airbnb and now Jayden's place. We will be back. It's immaculately clean and Jayden (and his associates) are extremely proactive and communicative. Sure, the condo is clean, spot on in description, has everything you need, yadda, yadda, yadda. Most do, right? Well, Jayden is what makes this place stand out. This place is the ideal for a Couple trying to get away for a vacation. The place is small but feels like it has enough room to not be cluttered. The large outdoor patio space leaves plenty of room for a few people to sit at the table and play cards or share a drink. The large tv makes watching movies while relaxing on the bed 10x more enjoyable. The fridge is large and has plenty of room to store food or beverages of choice. Overall for the price, location and amenities I would recommend staying 10/10.
