Resort Fees A $30 daily resort fee per group (not per person) and a one-time $50 check-in fee are required by the building and paid directly at check-in. This fee includes unlimited access to the building amenities, including the pool deck, gym, and sauna, as well as complimentary use of beach towels provided by the hotel (please return towels by 7:00 PM). The resort fee is mandatory even if you are not planning to utilize the amenities offered. Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Please plan your travel schedule accordingly. Complimentary luggage storage is available for early arrivals and after check-out. Housekeeping This property is privately managed and not associated with the hotel, therefore housekeeping services are not provided during your stay. Parking Self-parking available in the building garage for $41 per day, payable at the on-site parking vending machine. Rates are subject to change. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6ft. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit in the garage. Cancellation Policy All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is determined by the specific policy applied. Guests should review the cancellation terms carefully before confirming their reservation. Once a reservation is confirmed, travel dates may not be modified. We highly recommend guests consider purchasing travel insurance prior to confirming reservation. Building Operations The property is located within a privately managed building. From time to time, building management may conduct routine maintenance, fire alarm testing, inspections, or other operational work that could temporarily affect services such as water, electricity, elevators, or common areas. These activities are controlled by building management and are outside of the our control. While these situations are not frequent, they can occasionally occur as part of normal building operations. Location & City Environment The property is located within the Ala Moana Shopping Center area, a lively and active part of Honolulu. As with most city locations, guests may occasionally notice sounds from street traffic, nearby businesses, building activities, or neighboring units.

I come to Hawaii quite often and usually stay at a different hotel. I have a place on another island and need a place to overnight so I can catch my flight the next day. I will definitely stay here again. If you are a tourist, this is a great place to stay. They have brand new masks and snorkels. They have a wagon and beach gear that is pristine. It’s close to a lot of things if you want to experience Waikiki and just walk to beach or restaurants. Honestly, I have no idea why I haven’t stayed here before. Even though you’re staying in the hotel, you don’t really get the hotel privileges like room, service, etc., You can easily get Uber eats or DoorDash delivered. This place is definitely a hidden jewel. I found it to be very quiet and loved the blackout curtains. They have reasonable amount of kitchen gear. No sharp knives or cutting boards or bottle opener so if you are needing these you can bring your own or buy a cheapie at Safeway or Foodland. I will definitely stay here again.

Jayden's place at the Ala Moana Hotel was the absolute best ever! It was very clean and very comfortable. We stayed there for 5 nights and was able to just walk on over to the Ala Moana shopping center for dinner and for shopping. The view was amazing and the sunsets were breathtaking. Everything in the unit was just like it said on line. I loved the fact that there was a cooler in the unit for us to take with us wherever we went, so we just filled it with some water and ice and was good to go. I would definitely sign up for Jayden's place again when we go back to Oahu.
