Please plan your travel schedule accordingly, as luggage storage is not available on-site. Unit Size Approximately 533 sqft of interior living space, plus a 67 sqft private patio / lanai area. Please note that photos may be taken with wide-angle lenses, which can sometimes make spaces appear larger than they are in person. Sofa Bed Sofa beds are provided for additional sleeping arrangements. If you plan to use the sofa bed during your stay, please inform our team in advance so we can ensure it is properly prepared. The maximum weight limit is 220 lbs. Housekeeping This property is privately managed and not associated with the hotel, therefore housekeeping services are not provided during your stay. The unit will be stocked with basic daily essentials based on the reservation size and length of stay. Parking One unassigned parking stall is included with your reservation. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6 ft. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit in the garage. Parking pass and keys must be returned to the unit prior to check-out. Lost parking permits and keys will result in a $250.00 fine due to building regulations. Cancellation Policy All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is determined by the specific policy applied. Guests should review the cancellation terms carefully before confirming their reservation. Once a reservation is confirmed, travel dates may not be modified. We highly recommend guests consider purchasing travel insurance prior to confirming reservation. Building Operations The property is located within a privately managed building. From time to time, building management may conduct routine maintenance, fire alarm testing, inspections, or other operational work that could temporarily affect services such as water, electricity, elevators, or common areas. These activities are controlled by building management and are outside of the our control. While these situations are not frequent, they can occasionally occur as part of normal building operations. Location & City Environment The property is situated in central Waikiki, a vibrant and active area. As with most city locations, guests may occasionally notice sounds from street traffic, nearby businesses, building activity, or neighboring units.

We had a great stay! Loved the location and views out to Waikiki Beach. The beds and pillows were comfy and there were plenty of pillows and linens for all beds. We cooked in the unit and found the kitchen to be well stocked with kitchen utensils. The parking garage and free parking was such a lifesaver and made it easy to have a car in the city. The Waikiki Banyan is a fun complex and we would definitely stay again!

My husband and I stayed here during a visit to our daughter who attends UH Manoa. The place was nicely decorated and was clean and bright. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could need to cook our meals, including oil, salt and pepper. The lanai was loaded with beach equipment (which we never got a chance to use due to rain), but would have been great. The beds were super comfortable! Overall we had a very nice stay and would come back to this place again.

We had restful sleep on the beds and pull out couch. The kitchen was well organized and convenient with Keurig machine and pods. Your muted earth tones from the furniture and bed sheets created a harmonious environment. It is walking distance to many eateries, Starbucks, ABC Stores and International Market.
