Parking Self-parking available in the building garage for $47 per day, payable at the on-site parking vending machine. Rates are subject to change. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6 ft. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit in the garage. Cancellation Policy All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is determined by the specific policy applied. Guests should review the cancellation terms carefully before confirming their reservation. Once a reservation is confirmed, travel dates may not be modified. We highly recommend guests consider purchasing travel insurance prior to confirming reservation. Building Operations The property is located within a privately managed building. From time to time, building management may conduct routine maintenance, fire alarm testing, inspections, or other operational work that could temporarily affect services such as water, electricity, elevators, or common areas. These activities are controlled by building management and are outside of the our control. While these situations are not frequent, they can occasionally occur as part of normal building operations. Location & City Environment The property is situated in central Waikiki, a vibrant and active area. As with most city locations, guests may occasionally notice sounds from street traffic, nearby businesses, building activity, or neighboring units. Annual Pool Closure: Please be advised that the Island Colony pool and jacuzzi deck will be temporarily closed for annual preventative maintenance beginning Sunday, November 9 at 9:00 PM. The pool and jacuzzi area are scheduled to reopen on Monday, November 17 at 7:00 AM, weather permitting. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding during this temporary closure.

House rules
We require all guests to follow the building's rules and regulations. These include no smoking inside the unit and no parties or events. Additionally, we ask that guests respect the quiet hours from 10pm to 7am as a courtesy to the building's residents. We also ask that guests cooperate with the building's policies regarding emergency situations, repairs, maintenance, fire alarm testing, emergency evacuations, and water shut-offs as needed. This place was wonderful, and I highly recommend it! Many things are within walkable distance. The bus stop is close by and Hui is available within the building. I am a clean FREAK. This space was clean! The building and other units are going though some renovations, but none of that was an issue during our stay. If you're looking for a place that is comfortable, walkable distance from shopping and beaches, clean and reasonably priced.... do not hesitate to book this space.

This place is an excellent location in Waikiki! It’s right off the canal and if you’re renting a car there is parking along the canal or catch metered parking on nearby streets. It’s a short 10 min walk to the beach and beach chairs, towels, and umbrella are provided. There are so many restaurants and coffee shops within a 5-10 minute walk. They just opened a Target at the International Marketplace a day before I left. Check out 808 smart cars for luggage storage from 8-5pm $5 cash per bag. The room felt a bit smaller than in the pictures and the bathroom was really tight. Note for future guests the walls are extremely thin, we heard the people next to us and their toddler running around and opening the door and smelled food when they cooked. You also hear street traffic too, I personally didn’t mind this. Not sure if the beds were new, but they were really firm. I did enjoy the cold AC, kitchen amenities, and balcony. The 6th floor has a water and ice station, pool, and sauna
