Just a short 3 min walk to Waikiki beach and within the building, you’ll find a rooftop swimming pool, hot tub and sauna along with a gorgeous view overlooking the Waikiki skyline. Check-in is a breeze with 24/7 front desk check-in services. Entrance door is equipped smartlock pin. The parking structure is attached to the building with direct access to guest rooms. Parking fee is paid on the 2nd level of the parking structure. Current parking rate is $35/daily subject to change. We’re here to make your stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible. The Pacific Monarch is conveniently located in Central Waikiki, just 1 block away from the center of Waikiki Beach. BIKI stations are available around the corner to the apartment building. The famous Musubi Cafe is located on the 1st floor lobby. Enjoy nearby surf rentals, surf lessons, and tour activities. Rental cars are available across the street and easy Uber or Lyft pickups available for getting around the island and to the airport. Without traffic, the airport is just a short 20min ride to the Honolulu International Airport. A quick 5min walk to the international market place and just steps away from the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center. *Parking rate change notice: Please note that starting June 1st 2026, the parking rate will be changed to $45 per day. Unit Size Approximately 443 sqft of interior living space, plus a 143 sqft private patio / lanai area. Sofa Bed & Murphy Bed This unit includes a sofa bed and a Murphy bed for additional sleeping arrangements. If you plan to use either or both during your stay, please inform our team in advance so we can ensure they are properly prepared. Parking Self-parking available in the building garage for $35 per day (will change to $45 on Jun. 1st, 2026), payable at the on-site parking vending machine. Rates are subject to change. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6 ft. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit in the garage. Cancellation Policy All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is determined by the specific policy applied. Guests should review the cancellation terms carefully before confirming their reservation. Once a reservation is confirmed, travel dates may not be modified. We highly recommend guests consider purchasing travel insurance prior to confirming reservation. Building Operations The property is located within a privately managed building. From time to time, building management may conduct routine maintenance, fire alarm testing, inspections, or other operational work that could temporarily affect services such as water, electricity, elevators, or common areas. These activities are controlled by building management and are outside of the our control. While these situations are not frequent, they can occasionally occur as part of normal building operations. Location & City Environment The property is situated in central Waikiki, a vibrant and active area. What can I said this place is a total magnificent piece! My husband and I discussed renovating our home and use most of the things this place has. Spotless clean; love that they offer chairs and little cart to transport the chairs to the beach, side view of the beach. Love the bed in the living room for my kids and a sofa bed! Plenty of space for 4 people. I have rented Airbnb’s at pacific monarch before and this one by far exceeded my expectations. I was unfortunately so distracted sending my kids back home after our stay I forgot like 4/5 Pairs of shoes, the host was kind enough to track them down and I was able to pick them up next day (thankfully the husband and I were staying at a Marriott hotel for the reminder of the vacation. I can’t say enough hot spotless clean this place was !!!

Had a great time in the apartment. It was very nicely decorated and had a cosy feel about it. The kitchen is very well stocked. Enjoyed the generous shower products! The location is very close to the beach with plenty of places to eat and a nice grocery store nearby.

Jayden’s apt is a great find! Right in the heart of Waikiki so you can just walk out of the apt and get to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, etc… in a matter of a few blocks. The home is well stocked with shower necessities along with great olive oil and salt and pepper. We would definitely come back! The only thing to note is for parents with small children needing a pack n play - while they provide one they won’t include the bottom mattress/hard insert so it’s unusable and we had to buy our own and have it shipped to a friend’s house on island before arriving - other than that listing is 100% accurate and it’s a great place!!

This suite has an incredible view and is centrally located. It is a very quick walk to Waikīkī beach and lots of great restaurants. It’s also very close to the international market place and the Royal Hawaiian Centre. We enjoyed our stay and the hosts were very responsive. The bedding, including the sofa bed and Murphy bed, were all very comfortable.

Jayden’s place is exactly as described. I woke up to beautiful sunrises and ocean front views. This spot is conveniently located in the heart of the city, so close to shops & restaurants. I stayed here with my mom, and Also booked another one of Jayden’s spots in the same building, which was for a family member and friend. So if you’re traveling with a large group, this can also be a great option. Truly enjoyed my stay, and would book again!

Overall, great place. Definitely a lot more cramped than pictures showed (darn wide lenses!). Check in instructions are a bit long (TLDR) and had info that front desk required so check in became a bit of a nuisance. Great location though .. literally 3 mins to the beach.
