Sofa Bed Sofa beds are provided for additional sleeping arrangements. If you plan to use the sofa bed during your stay, please inform our team in advance so we can ensure it is properly prepared. The maximum weight limit is 220 lbs. Housekeeping This property is privately managed and not associated with the hotel, therefore housekeeping services are not provided during your stay. The unit will be stocked with basic daily essentials based on the reservation size and length of stay. Parking One unassigned parking stall is included with your reservation. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6 ft. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit in the garage. Parking pass and keys must be returned to the unit prior to check-out. Lost parking permits and keys will result in a $250.00 fine due to building regulations. Cancellation Policy All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. The apartment is beautiful. Very thoughtfully renovated, clean and spacious. Love the views of the ocean and modern fixtures. The building itself is very tired and the lifts can be a long wait, they appear to be updating these. The location is away from the full centre of Waikiki hustle which was great as my family were in another unit in the building with small kids. The pool is heated which is a bonus. A spectacular room for a girls trip. Lots of room and the double sink in the restroom was amazing. The lodging was very clean, tastefully decorated and very comfy to stay in after a long day. The location of the building was in a walkable distance to the beach, about 5 minutes as well as to other great local restaurants and shops. The team handling this Airbnb responded in a prompt manner and has straightforward instructions. Can fit 4-6 people, 2 beds plus the pull out bed.
