Sofa Bed Sofa beds are provided for additional sleeping arrangements. If you plan to use the sofa bed during your stay, please inform our team in advance so we can ensure it is properly prepared. The maximum weight limit is 220 lbs. Housekeeping This property is privately managed and not associated with the hotel, therefore housekeeping services are not provided during your stay. The unit will be stocked with basic daily essentials based on the reservation size and length of stay. Parking One unassigned parking stall is included with your reservation. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6 ft. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit in the garage. Parking pass and keys must be returned to the unit prior to check-out. Lost parking permits and keys will result in a $250.00 fine due to building regulations. Cancellation Policy All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. The place was beautiful. Great! walking distance from major activities in Waikiki, but also tucked away enough. we could sleep peacefully. Our host was very responsive. The place was beautiful. Even though it was tiny living, the space was utilized well. I wish the kitchen had pans, there were only pots which made it kind of tricky but we were able to make it work. I expected to find cloths for general cleaning, which would have been available for things like wiping down the counter and kitchen space, but there wasn't any. We couldn't get the vacuum to work, but when we reached out to tell the host they responded promptly and provided a new vacuum. I was very grateful for that. The recreational deck was large and spacious, I really loved the playground. nice but two out of the four days it was closed for maintenance. big bummer. overall, we enjoyed the building and the room so much. I would say again and recommend this place to my friends and family.

The location is great. The building is old and feels little outdated until you get into your airbnb. Our first impression was little questionable until we walked into Jayden’s place. The place is recently renovated so feels clean, modern, and updated. The view from the balcony and room is amazing. I also recommend his other listing that faces the Diamond head. Parking comes in very handy and plenty of spaces in the garage.

Place was just as advertised. Nice remodeled spot with a decent ocean view as well as downtown high rise views. The decor was great but not overdone. Close to all things Waikiki / Honolulu and easy to explore the island from. Parking garage was easy and nice for the rental car. Bedroom cooling system was intermittently loud when it was on versus off. Didn't really bother us but I can see how it might others. Pool area for the complex was decent. Nothing special there. Little coffee shop in the lobby was pretty good (great smoothies!) as was the mini mart. Both very convenient and we used both. Affordable spot that worked well for our party of 3. Host was responsive and had no issues. Thanks!!
