Please plan your travel schedule accordingly, as luggage storage is not available on-site. Unit Size Approximately 533 sqft of interior living space, plus a 67 sqft private patio / lanai area. Please note that photos may be taken with wide-angle lenses, which can sometimes make spaces appear larger than they are in person. Sofa Bed Sofa beds are provided for additional sleeping arrangements. If you plan to use the sofa bed during your stay, please inform our team in advance so we can ensure it is properly prepared. The maximum weight limit is 220 lbs. Housekeeping This property is privately managed and not associated with the hotel, therefore housekeeping services are not provided during your stay. The unit will be stocked with basic daily essentials based on the reservation size and length of stay. Parking One unassigned parking stall is included with your reservation. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6 ft. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit in the garage. Parking pass and keys must be returned to the unit prior to check-out. Lost parking permits and keys will result in a $250.00 fine due to building regulations. Cancellation Policy All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. Building Operations The property is located within a privately managed building. These activities are controlled by building management and are outside of the our control. While these situations are not frequent, they can occasionally occur as part of normal building operations. Location & City Environment The property is situated in central Waikiki, a vibrant and active area. As with most city locations, guests may occasionally notice sounds from street traffic, nearby businesses, building activity, or neighboring units.

This is the 2nd Airbnb I booked with Jayden. We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and plenty of great restaurants. We especially appreciated that beach chairs and a wagon were provided, which made our beach days so much easier. The place had everything we needed, and we truly enjoyed our time here. The only suggestion we have would be to add a shower shelf or caddy to hold shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, as they were on the shower floor and had to bend down to access them. Other than that, everything was wonderful, and we would definitely book from Jayden again!

We had a great stay. Unit was clean and everything seemed new. Management was very responsive. The actual building is a bit dated. The beach chairs were old and didn’t work smoothly. One of the buckles broke and mgt replaced it the day that I notified them. An option for towel service or cleaning would have been nice. Fortunately we had a short stay. If I had a longer stay, this would be an issue. This was something that I was aware of from the listing. There are sliding doors between the bedroom and living room. We tripped on them several times. Be aware if you are traveling with elderly. There is also a standing AC unit in the bedroom. It’s not obvious from the listing pictures but it takes up room in the bedroom corner. I would stay again for a short visit.

This unit had amazing views of Waikiki beach and a comfortable patio to take in the city and the surf break. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay. The check-in instructions and directions were super clear with pictures, making arrival a breeze. Although the building has high occupancy, we never heard our neighbors and had a quiet stay. Jayden and his team were super responsive and kind and we highly recommend this unit!
