Please plan your travel schedule accordingly, as luggage storage is not available on-site. Unit Size Approximately 533 sqft of interior living space, plus a 67 sqft private patio / lanai area. Please note that photos may be taken with wide-angle lenses, which can sometimes make spaces appear larger than they are in person. Sofa Bed Sofa beds are provided for additional sleeping arrangements. If you plan to use the sofa bed during your stay, please inform our team in advance so we can ensure it is properly prepared. The maximum weight limit is 220 lbs. Housekeeping This property is privately managed and not associated with the hotel, therefore housekeeping services are not provided during your stay. The unit will be stocked with basic daily essentials based on the reservation size and length of stay. Parking One unassigned parking stall is included with your reservation. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6 ft. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit in the garage. Parking pass and keys must be returned to the unit prior to check-out. Lost parking permits and keys will result in a $250.00 fine due to building regulations. Cancellation Policy All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. Loved our stay as a family with two young children. The place felt clean and modern with great views! It’s about a 5 minute walk to the beach. Amenities were all provided for - it was super helpful to have a beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, and extra towels for beach trips! It was a great location that is walkable and so nice to retreat to from being out all day. Nice to have a parking spot to venture out further to explore the island whenever we’d like. The buildings newly renovated pool and jacuzzi were a great bonus. The units AC is strong so we never had to worry about it getting uncomfortable or stuffy. Some parts of the day the open patio provided a great cool breeze as well. The pay laundry is at the other end of the hall and was super convenient as you can track it through the app. Thankful for Jayden and his team who were always responsive and ready to help. Highly recommended stay that we would definitely come back to!

We had a great stay and truly enjoyed our time at this Waikiki Banyan air b n b.The place was very clean, the view was absolutely amazing, and it was within walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants, which made everything so convenient. Having paid parking available was also a huge plus, considering other garages charges $50 and up. The space itself was definitely smaller than it appeared in the pictures, but honestly, waking up to the beautiful ocean view made it completely worth it. The host was very communicative, responsive, and accommodating throughout our stay. They kindly allowed us to check in an hour early and check out an hour later, which really helped, especially since we were traveling with my elderly parents. We truly appreciated their thoughtfulness and hospitality. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we look forward to coming back again in the future!

Everything about this place is 5 star! Felt like we were in a hotel. It’s been recently renovated and you can tell. 10/10 recommend this place if you are looking for something off the Waikīkī strip away from all the hustle and bustle. It’s a 5 min walk to the beaches and the main strip. Will be back to stay with this host maybe in another unit they have in the building as well.
