Both the bedroom and bathroom are clean and stocked with essentials for your stay. Check-in is a breeze with 24/7 front desk check-in services. Entrance door is equipped smartlock pin. The parking structure is attached to the building with direct access to guest rooms. Parking fee is paid on the 2nd level of the parking structure. Current parking rate is $35/daily subject to change. We’re here to make your stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible. The Pacific Monarch is conveniently located in Central Waikiki, just 1 block away from the center of Waikiki Beach. BIKI stations are available around the corner to the apartment building. Rental cars are available across the street and easy Uber or Lyft pickups available for getting around the island and to the airport. Without traffic, the airport is just a short 20min ride to the Honolulu International Airport. A quick 5min walk to the international market place and just steps away from the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center. *Parking rate change notice: Please note that starting June 1st 2026, the parking rate will be changed to $45 per day. Unit Size Approximately 443 sqft of interior living space, plus a 143 sqft private patio / lanai area. Sofa Bed Sofa beds are provided for additional sleeping arrangements. If you plan to use the sofa bed during your stay, please inform our team in advance so we can ensure it is properly prepared. The maximum weight limit is 220 lbs. Parking Self-parking available in the building garage for $35 per day (will change to $45 on Jun. 1st, 2026), payable at the on-site parking vending machine. Rates are subject to change. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6 ft. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit in the garage. Cancellation Policy All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is determined by the specific policy applied. Building Operations The property is located within a privately managed building. Great location and building. Wish it was a bit more updated on the interior. Comfortable bed and pillows. Gets a bit loud from the neighbors and night life. Balcony area is wonderful but the sliding door needs some attention. Wish parking was included but it’s Waikiki. Super close to the beach and multiple shops and restaurants nearby. Had a blast. The location was amazing, and the views from the balcony were absolutely stunning. On one side, you could enjoy the ocean view, while the other side offered a cozy city atmosphere. Overall, we had a great experience staying here. The location is excellent, with plenty of amazing restaurants nearby and the beach just a 2-minute walk away. The sleeping arrangements were comfortable, and the space worked well for our group. The only downside was that the building had a fire drill during our stay, which we were not informed about in advance. As a result, we had to walk down 31 flights of stairs and then climb all the way back up afterward since the elevators were temporarily unavailable. Additionally, we wished there had been more comforters or blankets provided. With only two blankets for four people, two of us had to sleep using just the sheets. Despite these minor inconveniences, I would definitely recommend this place. The location and views alone make it worth staying here.

Incredible location with amazing views. From the moment you wake up to brew your coffee you will be lulled by the view of the ocean. The terrace is a wonderful retreat to enjoy views of the ocean, clouds and the city. Close to the beach, great restaurants and people watching this place is it. So far the best place we had stayed in Waikiki . Amazing views , one side is the city and mountains view and the other is the ocean view. We had stayed in this building for couple times already but this is the best. We had a toddler with us and we were provided with a baby crib which was very necessary for us. The beach accessories were so perfect. Will defiantly be back to this beautiful place.
