Check-in is a breeze with 24/7 front desk check-in services. Entrance door is equipped with key card provided by the front desk. The parking structure is attached to the building and the fee is paid inside the parking structure machine on the 2nd level. Unit Size Approximately 543 sqft of interior living space, plus a 43 sqft private patio / lanai area. Parking Self-parking available in the building garage for $35 per day (will change to $45 on Jun. 1st, 2026), payable at the on-site parking vending machine. Rates are subject to change. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6 ft. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit in the garage. Cancellation Policy All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is determined by the specific policy applied. Guests should review the cancellation terms carefully before confirming their reservation. Once a reservation is confirmed, travel dates may not be modified. Building Operations The property is located within a privately managed building. From time to time, building management may conduct routine maintenance, fire alarm testing, inspections, or other operational work that could temporarily affect services such as water, electricity, elevators, or common areas. These activities are controlled by building management and are outside of the our control. While these situations are not frequent, they can occasionally occur as part of normal building operations. Location & City Environment The property is situated in central Waikiki, a vibrant and active area. Beautiful view and nice place. 5 stars for that and price paid. Had wagon to use which was good. Do want to share was myself wife and 1 year old. There was only 3 towels to use which was difficult, one of the beach chairs they had was ripped and not usable. Great view comfortable place but little things like that to be aware of.

Beautiful view and comfortable place to stay. Very good location for shopping/eating/going beach……, The host and manager are nice and helpful. Due to building electrical issue, there was no light in the kitchen during our stay, they actively provided compensation to us and also extended 2 hours for checking out, so we had more time to enjoy beautiful Waikiki beach. We are appreciated for it!
