The maximum weight limit is 220 lbs. Parking Self-parking available in the building garage for $35 per day (will change to $45 on Jun. 1st, 2026), payable at the on-site parking vending machine. Rates are subject to change. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6 ft. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Absolutely wonderful host, always answered my questions very quick! The place was in a great location. We didn’t cook but the items needed were available. Very clean and spacious. The only thing I’d have a complaint about, which is not under the host’s control, is the water sound like a drain or flushing sound above the bedroom. The pool area is above the penthouse and it probably has something to do with that. It wasn’t constant. I would still stay again.

Nice apartment in great location. A little more wear than the pictures show, but still fine. Gorgeous full view of the water! Kitchen was well-stocked to make a few meals, bathroom had plenty of towels, appreciated the beach towels as well, comfortable bed. Very nice to have a washer and dryer in the apartment! The pool on the rooftop is dated and has no shade, but it didn’t matter because you’re only a block from the beach! Overall, had a great visit.

Overall had a good time staying in this apartment, the location is amazing, the view is just like the photos, stunning, but the apartment itself requires renovation and it’s way smaller then it looks in the photos, the balcony was very small as well. One thing that we didn’t like at all is there were almost no kitchen supplies, a couple of plates and utensils but not enough for a family of three and also no beach chairs and umbrellas which we found odd as in all the other places we’ve stayed at that was a must have. Other then that if the cost was a bit lesser I’d 100% recommend this place as the location and the view are great and the host is easy to communicate with

This stay was memorable and I’d book agian simply for the location and view. Everything you needed was a few steps away. If you wished to go further, there was a moped rental around the corner and uber was easily accessible. After a long day out the view was incredibly peaceful. A few hiccups came up and the hosts were speedy in resolving them immediately which is all you can ask for. It was great having a full kitchen for leftovers, drinks and light cooking. This was definitely helpful in saving a little money. We went on a few hikes that left us extremely dirty, the washer + dryer was worth having in unit. Only down fall was the bedroom was smaller then it appeared, and at night some pipes made some noises we never noticed during the day. Reguardless, it would not stop me from staying here again, it was overall pleasant and convenient experience🙂.

I totally enjoyed my stay at the penthouse. The views were phenomenal. The home was very nice, and there was so much to do within walking distance. My only complaint was that the roof leaked in the master bedroom right onto the bed. I called the host and she had someone come right over. She also came within the hour and delivered fresh linens. Aside from that I had a wonderful time.
