Living Area: Upon entering the apartment, you will be immediately struck by the stunning view of the Diamond Head crater. The living room is tastefully decorated and has undergone a recent renovation. It features a cloud mattress on a king-size bed and a large 65-inch HD4K TV. The split AC system provides quiet cooling, ensuring that you will be comfortable at all times. In addition, there is a desk area and a large dresser that provides ample storage space for all your belongings. If you have additional guests, the twin sofa sleeper is perfect for additional accommodations! Please plan your travel schedule accordingly. Luggage storage may be available through the building front desk for a fee. Sofa Bed If you plan to use the sofa bed during your stay, please inform our team in advance so we can ensure it is properly prepared. Housekeeping This property is privately managed and not associated with the hotel, therefore housekeeping services are not provided during your stay. The unit will be stocked with basic daily essentials based on the reservation size and length of stay. If a specific amenity is important for your stay, we recommend confirming availability with our team prior to your arrival. Gym Access Gym access is available for a one-time fee of $10 per person. Guests who do not plan to use the gym are not required to pay this fee. Unit Size Approximately 305-316 sqft of interior living space, plus a 100 sqft private patio / lanai area. Please note that photos may be taken with wide-angle lenses, which can sometimes make spaces appear larger than they are in person. Parking Self-parking available in the building garage for $47 per day, payable at the on-site parking vending machine. Rates are subject to change. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6 ft. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit in the garage. Cancellation Policy All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is determined by the specific policy applied. Guests should review the cancellation terms carefully before confirming their reservation. Once a reservation is confirmed, travel dates may not be modified. We highly recommend guests consider purchasing travel insurance prior to confirming reservation. Travel insurance can help protect your trip in the event of unexpected schedule changes, delays, or other unforeseen travel disruptions. Building Operations The property is located within a privately managed building. From time to time, building management may conduct routine maintenance, fire alarm testing, inspections, or other operational work that could temporarily affect services such as water, electricity, elevators, or common areas. These activities are controlled by building management and are outside of the our control. While these situations are not frequent, they can occasionally occur as part of normal building operations. Location & City Environment The property is situated in central Waikiki, a vibrant and active area. As with most city locations, guests may occasionally notice sounds from street traffic, nearby businesses, building activity, or neighboring units. Annual Pool Closure: Please be advised that the Island Colony pool and jacuzzi deck will be temporarily closed for annual preventative maintenance beginning Sunday, November 9 at 9:00 PM. The pool and jacuzzi area are scheduled to reopen on Monday, November 17 at 7:00 AM, weather permitting. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding during this temporary closure,

I agree with all the other reviews. This is a great place to stay and the place actually was nicer than the pictures, with some unexpected touches and high quality finishes. I loved that there was a jewelry holder for example, a cute little rice cooker, a nifty kettle and a really nice microwave. I was working remotely part of the time and the desk and chair were comfortable and the wifi reliable and fast. The elevators were reliable and fast, which is a concern I’ve heard about other places. We used the laundry and that was very convenient. The gym is small but enough for a basic workout. I had read another review that pointed out the lack of light on the balcony so I brought a small solar lantern and that made the difference for evening dinners on the balcony. Be aware that the balcony faces eastish so you can’t see sunsets or the fireworks but there are lovely sunrises. I highly recommend this place!

Jayden’s place was the ideal spot to celebrate part 2 of our island hopping for our 1 year anniversary. We’ve been to the island a couple times and Jayden’s place has been the best location wise for Waikiki. It was the perfect walking distance to all our favorite spots and not far from all the action. Also it was walkable to street parking on Ala Moana blvd. We enjoyed coming back to his spot after a day of relaxing on the beach or a day of adventures! Big plus that they had great beach amenities including towels, umbrellas, and a cooler! Also the building itself had a convenient store that if you forgot something they were likely to have it! Would love to stay here again in the future!
