This building is located in central Waikiki with close walking distance to many restaurants and the iconic Waikiki beach. The bus station is about a 3-5 min walk on the corner of Kuhio/Seaside Ave. There’s also a BIKI station located just across the street of the apartment building. Please plan your travel schedule accordingly. Luggage storage may be available through the building front desk for a fee. Sofa Bed If you plan to use the sofa bed during your stay, please inform our team in advance so we can ensure it is properly prepared. Housekeeping This property is privately managed and not associated with the hotel, therefore housekeeping services are not provided during your stay. The unit will be stocked with basic daily essentials based on the reservation size and length of stay. Please note that photos may be taken with wide-angle lenses, which can sometimes make spaces appear larger than they are in person. Parking Self-parking available in the building garage for $47 per day, payable at the on-site parking vending machine. Rates are subject to change. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6 ft. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit in the garage. Cancellation Policy All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is determined by the specific policy applied. Guests should review the cancellation terms carefully before confirming their reservation. Once a reservation is confirmed, travel dates may not be modified. We highly recommend guests consider purchasing travel insurance prior to confirming reservation. Building Operations The property is located within a privately managed building. From time to time, building management may conduct routine maintenance, fire alarm testing, inspections, or other operational work that could temporarily affect services such as water, electricity, elevators, or common areas. These activities are controlled by building management and are outside of the our control. While these situations are not frequent, they can occasionally occur as part of normal building operations. Location & City Environment The property is situated in central Waikiki, a vibrant and active area. As with most city locations, guests may occasionally notice sounds from street traffic, nearby businesses, building activity, or neighboring units. Annual Pool Closure: Please be advised that the Island Colony pool and jacuzzi deck will be temporarily closed for annual preventative maintenance beginning Sunday, November 9 at 9:00 PM. The pool and jacuzzi area are scheduled to reopen on Monday, November 17 at 7:00 AM, weather permitting. Great location, which is the main reason we chose this place. However, it's clear the online pictures have been professionally staged for Airbnb marketing, making them appear shinier and nicer than reality. Please adjust your expectations accordingly. While the place is clean and tidy overall, the hallway and the building itself are not as well-maintained.

Pictures look like it’s way larger than it is but it worked out well for us. I would stay here again. Busy street a lot of police action up and down that street- mainly at night. I would recommend more towels to be in the apt as opposed to having to wash them as the laundry facilities are dated and very busy. The hosts were courteous and responsive. We didn’t have any water for a period of time but they contacted the building and we had water a few hours later. Overall the stay was good.

Wow, very clean and just like the photos. Excellent host, very responsive and helpful. The place was very convenient and close to everything! Perfect for a couple especially if you only have a few nights like we did. View was amazing and really made it worth it. Felt the price was reasonable for what you get. I also especially appreciated the thick window doors so there is minimal noise and also the great AC. Will definitely be back!

We stayed at this property for 4 nights after staying at the Alohilani on Waikīkī and had a good time at both properties. They were different in their own way but we loved the view from this property over our 5 star resort. You are able to see the ocean and the canal and when the sunset comes in a shines on the landscape of buildings and nature it is a sight to see. The location was good, two blocks away from the main strip and straight shot to the Sheraton beach. Ross and ABC store being so close helped us out when we needed it. Roads are dark so walk with someone! Fridge was in working condition. The best part of this listing is the RESPONSIVENESS of the team! It stood out to me how fast they were able to respond because it was a team as opposed to a single host.

Awesome place really satisfied, great amenities and everything walking distance was close with a beautiful view from the balcony, only thing was that the pool was closed the week I was there but can’t say much about since I choose to there and read about it, others than that who ever books here will get their moneys worth bc it’s a great place to stay at!!
