Please plan your travel schedule accordingly. Luggage storage may be available through the building front desk for a fee. Housekeeping This property is privately managed and not associated with the hotel, therefore housekeeping services are not provided during your stay. The unit will be stocked with basic daily essentials based on the reservation size and length of stay. Guests who do not plan to use the gym are not required to pay this fee. Unit Size Approximately 305-316 sqft of interior living space, plus a 100 sqft private patio / lanai area. Please note that photos may be taken with wide-angle lenses, which can sometimes make spaces appear larger than they are in person. Parking Self-parking available in the building garage for $47 per day, payable at the on-site parking vending machine. Rates are subject to change. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6 ft. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit in the garage. Cancellation Policy All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is determined by the specific policy applied. Guests should review the cancellation terms carefully before confirming their reservation. Once a reservation is confirmed, travel dates may not be modified. We highly recommend guests consider purchasing travel insurance prior to confirming reservation. Travel insurance can help protect your trip in the event of unexpected schedule changes, delays, or other unforeseen travel disruptions. Building Operations The property is located within a privately managed building. From time to time, building management may conduct routine maintenance, fire alarm testing, inspections, or other operational work that could temporarily affect services such as water, electricity, elevators, or common areas. These activities are controlled by building management and are outside of the our control. While these situations are not frequent, they can occasionally occur as part of normal building operations. Location & City Environment The property is situated in central Waikiki, a vibrant and active area. As with most city locations, guests may occasionally notice sounds from street traffic, nearby businesses, building activity, or neighboring units. Annual Pool Closure: Please be advised that the Island Colony pool and jacuzzi deck will be temporarily closed for annual preventative maintenance beginning Sunday, November 9 at 9:00 PM. The pool and jacuzzi area are scheduled to reopen on Monday, November 17 at 7:00 AM, weather permitting. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding during this temporary closure!

I was a bit worried at first due to the cleanliness of the elevators and hallway of the building. But, the actual Room was great! Exactly as pictured, very clean, nice decor, comfty beds!!! We also had a nice size balcony with a table, and the view is great. The condominium has a store inside of tge building so that was very convenient, they also had a pool/hot tub area. We walked everywhere we wanted to go unless it was far! The beach, mall strip, and multiple restaurants were very close by! Overall this is a great stay, if you’re thinking about booking, go ahead and book, you won’t regret it!!

Our family of four enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and as pictured. Partial ocean/full canal view from balcony and 10 minute walk to Waikiki Beach. Lots of food options within minutes. We used the pool, gym and laundry facilities and all went smoothly. Walls are a bit thin so you can hear noises and smell others’ food cooking, but it was not a huge deal to us. It was super convenient to rent a car from 808 Smart Car Rentals on the ground floor of the building and also have them store our luggage upon checkout ($5/bag cash). Jayden, Michael and team were excellent communicators with a quick response time. Thanks for a great stay!

Had a great stay! A group of 4 of us shared the place and we had no issues. It was a bit cramped with all of our luggages but we made it work and it was worth having all the amenities plus walking distance to beach, bars and restaurants. We were able to find free parking every night with minimal hassle. The hosts were great and very responsive, we were allowed to check in one hour early which we appreciated so much! Really loved that they had beach chairs boogie boards and a wagon, it helped a lot! Overall would recommend this place 10/10.

We had a great stay close to Waikiki beach and you can walk to just about everything. This place was exactly what we needed for a short, but busy stay in the area. It’s on the 34th floor & the room is just as advertised. It’s a small space but the room has everything you need (traveling with my wife and two kids). Check in was a breeze and they give you a key faub to access the building and elevator. Jayden was a good host, attentive and quick to respond. Would highly recommend and I would stay here again.

Great location! The Airbnb was clean and as described. The view is incredible, and the table was really convenient for chitchat and eating on the balcony. Everything was within walking distance, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The one thing that needs to improve is not the Airbnb unit itself, but the check-in. There was only one person at the front desk to check people in for both the hotel check-in and Airbnb check-in. It took almost 30 minutes before another person showed up to help check us in.
