Please note that photos may be taken with wide-angle lenses, which can sometimes make spaces appear larger than they are in person. Sofa Bed Sofa beds are provided for additional sleeping arrangements. If you plan to use the sofa bed during your stay, please inform our team in advance so we can ensure it is properly prepared. The maximum weight limit is 220 lbs. Housekeeping This property is privately managed and not associated with the hotel, therefore housekeeping services are not provided during your stay. The unit will be stocked with basic daily essentials based on the reservation size and length of stay. Parking One unassigned parking stall is included with your reservation. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6 ft. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit in the garage. Parking pass and keys must be returned to the unit prior to check-out. Lost parking permits and keys will result in a $250.00 fine due to building regulations. Cancellation Policy All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing stay! The location couldn’t have been better, just one block from the beach and within easy walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and so many of Waikiki’s attractions. It made exploring the area incredibly convenient. The space itself was thoughtfully designed and very well set up, with everything our family needed to feel comfortable throughout our stay. It was clean, welcoming, and made a perfect home base for our vacation. The highlight was definitely the view. Waking up each morning to the breathtaking sights of Diamond Head on one side and the beautiful mountains on the other was unforgettable. It truly made our stay feel special. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and scenic place to stay in Waikiki!

Of all the units I've seen at the Banyan so far, this was definitely the nicest. The apartment looks even better live than in the pictures. Jayden's team has made sure that everything you could possibly need (towels, shower gels, washing up liquid, coffee, etc) is available. The decor is perfect and the separate bedroom (unlike the other units at the Banyan) is excellent. All communication with the team was highly professional, fast and extremely friendly from the start. The Banyan itself is a bit older, but it doesn't bother us. We never had any problems with the elevators - not in 6 years. The included garage parking space is great and I never had any problems finding one. All in all, I would gladly book with Jayden again. Can recommend the team 100%.

We had an excellent stay at Jayden’s place! The building is conveniently located right near Waikiki beach. Parking is secluded and safe. The apartment is spacious and gorgeous, with incredible views of the mountains from the living room and diamond head from the kitchen. Big tvs, new appliances, comfortable beds. This Airbnb hosted by Jayden and his team was a 10/10. Just a perfect place when visiting Oahu and Waikiki beach. Location was great, only 1 block walk to Waikiki beach and plenty of restaurants and shopping all around to pick from. Parking garage was easy to use and had plenty of spots to park. The unit itself is all newly renovated. Everything is new and super clean. It's located at the end of the hall away from elevators so it's very quiet. Beautiful views and amazing sunrises from the 34th floor. Has two AC wall units that keep everything cool. Elevators were quick and never had to wait. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb!

Jayden and his team made us feel cared for even though we never met them - they are deserving of 10 stars if that was possible! From the many questions I had at booking to the stay itself, there was always someone there responding to our questions. The unit itself had incredible views, just like the photos show. The renovations and details were so beautifully done. The beds were very comfortable, the a/c worked well, and the shower felt relaxing. We had a few minor kinks but otherwise had a perfect stay! Highly recommend a lovely stay here!
