Parking Self-parking available in the building garage for $47 per day, payable at the on-site parking vending machine. Rates are subject to change. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6 ft. Cancellation Policy All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is determined by the specific policy applied. Building Operations The property is located within a privately managed building. These activities are controlled by building management and are outside of the our control. While these situations are not frequent, they can occasionally occur as part of normal building operations. Location & City Environment The property is situated in central Waikiki, a vibrant and active area. As with most city locations, guests may occasionally notice sounds from street traffic, nearby businesses, building activity, or neighboring units. Annual Pool Closure: Please be advised that the Island Colony pool and jacuzzi deck will be temporarily closed for annual preventative maintenance beginning Sunday, November 9 at 9:00 PM. The pool and jacuzzi area are scheduled to reopen on Monday, November 17 at 7:00 AM, weather permitting. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding during this temporary closure!

Everything was perfect. Location is amazing only two small blocks away from the waikiki beach. Surrounded by good restaurants and coffee places. We really enjoyed our stay and will do it again when we come back to Oahu. The Place was clean and had everything you need for a family of 4. We had enough towels, and kitchen stuff even salt and pepper and some cleaning supplies. They even provided a wagon, beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler. The view of the apartment is amazing, you can see the fireworks, the sunset, and the sunrise. The building has a pool, laundry that works with digital pay and a little convenience store if you need anything. Parking is not included but pretty easy and once you pay you have in and out privileges, which makes it convenient. Our stay was simply wonderful.

Great for small families! We’re a family of four and had so much fun staying here. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos—and even better in person. We were so happy to find this place at the last minute. The host was incredibly accommodating and flexible with both our check-in and check-out times. The rooms were spotless, especially considering the price in Hawaii. The host also kept the place exceptionally well stocked with just about everything you could possibly need, which was a huge plus. Overall, this was an amazing value and we really enjoyed it. The unit is newly renovated. The patio / deck had some really nice touches like a wicker hanging chair, towel/clothing rack, incredible view, and patio table. The host leaves chairs for the beach and even a wagon to pull around. The lighting touches are incredible and bright and a perfect size TV! They had nice wooden accents + bench in the room. The host was extremely responsive and communicative the entire time. Keep in mind, the building is sort of run down and does not match the prestige of the unit. It’s an incredible large building with few elevators for the size so it does take time to get to and from the room. The shower / bathroom are very small, and for tall people watch your head. Lacks some basics like towel hooks in the bathroom and they provided limited beach / shower towels, only one per person. Maybe wash some of the cups before use as some weren’t clean.
