Parking Self-parking available in the building garage for $47 per day, payable at the on-site parking vending machine. Rates are subject to change. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6 ft. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit in the garage. Cancellation Policy All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is determined by the specific policy applied. Building Operations The property is located within a privately managed building. From time to time, building management may conduct routine maintenance, fire alarm testing, inspections, or other operational work that could temporarily affect services such as water, electricity, elevators, or common areas. These activities are controlled by building management and are outside of the our control. While these situations are not frequent, they can occasionally occur as part of normal building operations. Location & City Environment The property is situated in central Waikiki, a vibrant and active area. As with most city locations, guests may occasionally notice sounds from street traffic, nearby businesses, building activity, or neighboring units. Annual Pool Closure: Please be advised that the Island Colony pool and jacuzzi deck will be temporarily closed for annual preventative maintenance beginning Sunday, November 9 at 9:00 PM. The pool and jacuzzi area are scheduled to reopen on Monday, November 17 at 7:00 AM, weather permitting. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding during this temporary closure!

해변에 가깝게 위치하여 쉽게 접근할 수 있고 여러 유명 spot으로 이동하기도 수월해서 1주일 지내는 동안 불편함 없이 잘 지냈습니다. 높은 층이라 view가 훌륭하며 낮에는 비스듬하게 바다가 보여 좋습니다. 야간에는 야경이 끝내줍니다. 맥주 한캔 먹으면서 베란다에서 불꽃놀이도 볼 수 있어 좋은 경험 했습니다. 한가지 아쉬움 점은 중간 사이즈 하얀수건이 3개만 비치되어 추가로 요청하거나 laundry 서비스를 이용해야 하겠습니다. 저희는 중간 사이즈 수건을 많이 사용하는데 돌려 사용하는데 애로사항이 있는것 같습니다. 예약받을 데 관련사항을 게스트에게 확인하는 것도 좋을 듯 합니다. 감사합니다.

The accommodation was great. Great location, place was clean, view is incredible from the 40th floor - sometimes it took a little while to reach the 40th floor 😂 The laundry room and the store on the 6th floor is convenient to have. Swimming pool area is very nice. Everything is great. Only thing is being 4 people (me, wife, and 2 daughters) the place was little small. Next time we come to Hawaii we will definitely use them again- not specifically this place but from their other listings. Our hosts are great people. Mahalo!!!

The view from this place is amazing! We loved sitting out on the patio! The room was super nice and super quiet. We loved staying here. It was walking distance from the beach and he provided beach chairs and towels for the beach. This place has all you need: kitchen stuff (including stuff for coffee), a fridge, bathroom stuff, and the cleanest space!
