Building Operations The property is located within a privately managed building. From time to time, building management may conduct routine maintenance, fire alarm testing, inspections, or other operational work that could temporarily affect services such as water, electricity, elevators, or common areas. These activities are controlled by building management and are outside of the our control. While these situations are not frequent, they can occasionally occur as part of normal building operations. Location & City Environment The property is situated in central Waikiki, a vibrant and active area. As with most city locations, guests may occasionally notice sounds from street traffic, nearby businesses, building activity, or neighboring units. Annual Pool Closure: Please be advised that the Island Colony pool and jacuzzi deck will be temporarily closed for annual preventative maintenance beginning Sunday, November 9 at 9:00 PM. The pool and jacuzzi area are scheduled to reopen on Monday, November 17 at 7:00 AM, weather permitting. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding during this temporary closure!

Place was totally cozy and like a hotel room, but unlike a hotel room really loved that we had a refrigerator and a microwave and cook too just in case. Loved the beach chairs and wagon for just in case you need to haul a-lot of things up or down or around. Was close to the beach and had a good ocean view. The Ac kept us really cool with the humid summer heat and the bed was pretty comfy too we were able to sleep pretty good. Close enough to the international market place lots of places to eat and coffee shops too! Loved the cozy apartment would stay here again!

Absolutely phenomenal place to stay at and at such a great price! I stayed with my parents and younger sister, so this listing was the perfect place for us. The description and photos were exactly how they looked when we arrived. Checking-in and getting up to the place took less than 10 minutes. The view was amazing, both morning and nighttime. The space was clean, the amenities were easy to access (within the space and hotel wise) and everything was where it was exactly. Local places to eat, Waikiki Beach, the International Market Place were within walking distance, as everything else you'd really need (Target, The ABC Store, restaurants, shopping, ect). Jayden was also a wonderful host, always getting back to me and answering whatever questions I had in such a timely manner! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking since it's in such a great place in Waikiki (with so much around it)! I had such a great time staying here! Everything matches to what the description says!
