The unit boasts top-notch amenities, including a 75-inch TV, quiet split AC, and a private patio with stunning ocean and city skyline views. Located in central Waikiki, it's incredibly convenient to get around, with onsite parking available for a fee if you're arriving by vehicle. The living area comfortably sleeps four with two queen beds in a custom-designed layout. Enjoy entertainment on the 75-inch TV, fast Wi-Fi, built-in bedside charging ports for each guest, a dedicated workspace, and a custom-built bench perfect for organizing your luggage. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size fridge and freezer, a built-in cooktop, and essential condiments. The bathroom features a gorgeous LED mirror and a walk-in shower with all the essentials provided. The balcony, my favorite part of this studio, is simply stunning, offering breathtaking views day and night. During the day, being on the 41st floor is a treat, overlooking Waikiki Beach and the city. At night, watch as the city comes alive with panoramic views of the twinkling city lights across the canal and into the mountains. Please plan your travel schedule accordingly. Luggage storage may be available through the building front desk for a fee. Housekeeping This property is privately managed and not associated with the hotel, therefore housekeeping services are not provided during your stay. The unit will be stocked with basic daily essentials based on the reservation size and length of stay. Guests who do not plan to use the gym are not required to pay this fee. Unit Size Approximately 305-316 sqft of interior living space, plus a 100 sqft private patio / lanai area. Please note that photos may be taken with wide-angle lenses, which can sometimes make spaces appear larger than they are in person. Parking Self-parking available in the building garage for $47 per day, payable at the on-site parking vending machine. Rates are subject to change. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6 ft. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit in the garage. Cancellation Policy All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is determined by the specific policy applied. Guests should review the cancellation terms carefully before confirming their reservation. Once a reservation is confirmed, travel dates may not be modified. We highly recommend guests consider purchasing travel insurance prior to confirming reservation. Travel insurance can help protect your trip in the event of unexpected schedule changes, delays, or other unforeseen travel disruptions. Building Operations The property is located within a privately managed building. From time to time, building management may conduct routine maintenance, fire alarm testing, inspections, or other operational work that could temporarily affect services such as water, electricity, elevators, or common areas. These activities are controlled by building management and are outside of the our control. While these situations are not frequent, they can occasionally occur as part of normal building operations. Location & City Environment The property is situated in central Waikiki, a vibrant and active area. As with most city locations, guests may occasionally notice sounds from street traffic, nearby businesses, building activity, or neighboring units. Annual Pool Closure: Please be advised that the Island Colony pool and jacuzzi deck will be temporarily closed for annual preventative maintenance beginning Sunday, November 9 at 9:00 PM. The pool and jacuzzi area are scheduled to reopen on Monday, November 17 at 7:00 AM, weather permitting. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding during this temporary closure!

We require all guests to follow the building's rules and regulations. These include no smoking inside the unit and no parties or events. Additionally, we ask that guests respect the quiet hours from 10pm to 7am as a courtesy to the building's residents. Fantastic stay! The location is unbeatable, putting us close to everything. The apartment's stylish decor and impeccable cleanliness made us feel right at home. Check-in and out were effortless, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. They even accommodated our early check-in request, which we greatly appreciated. The balcony view is breathtaking – perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. If there's one tiny suggestion, it would be to place the microwave lower for easier access (I'm 5'1"). Apartment has everything you’d need! Amazing views, great restaurants within a few minutes walk, clean and everyone we encountered was friendly! Did I mention the view?! Perfect for Friday night fireworks and enjoying the mountains and ocean at the same time! The wagon to transport things to and from the beach was a life saver, made the days much easier(especially with a kiddo). Host responded within minutes each time and had clear instructions on anything we needed. Use of amenities was nice! Would definitely stay here again!

Small but mighty! This rental had everything we needed (and more). It was nice having a full size fridge. The listing was as described. Loved that there was things like extra trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. All the hosts were extremely responsive. Would 100% stay here again when in Honolulu.

We stayed here for 5 days, overall was very happy about the location, walking distance to so many restaurants, activities and to the Waikiki strip-conveniently next to the canal where you can find free parking on most days, we had a car, and found it easy to park, the amenities are a plus, nice small gym, perfect for a mini workout, a dedicated laundry room, unfortunately the pool was closed for renovations so we couldn’t use that, but thankfully the beach was so close to walk with our kids-the check in was very easy, I must also add that the baggage drop off is a huge plus, we dropped off our bags for the day, we found it very helpful, there was a $5usd charge per bags, but it gave us peace of mind that it was in a safe place rather than hauling in the car. The place was exactly as shown on the photos, it was spacious and very clean, overall we were very happy to stay here and sad to leave. The unit was also very quiet and peaceful m-would def book again in the future:)
