We have also provided a twin sofa sleeper that is perfect for accommodating additional guests. To ensure your entertainment needs are met, you can enjoy a 65in 4k smart TV. If you have any work to do during your stay, we have provided a small desk to make your work easier. Additionally, a split AC to ensure that you have a quiet and comfortable stay throughout your stay. Please plan your travel schedule accordingly. Luggage storage may be available through the building front desk for a fee. Sofa Bed If you plan to use the sofa bed during your stay, please inform our team in advance so we can ensure it is properly prepared. Housekeeping This property is privately managed and not associated with the hotel, therefore housekeeping services are not provided during your stay. The unit will be stocked with basic daily essentials based on the reservation size and length of stay. If a specific amenity is important for your stay, we recommend confirming availability with our team prior to your arrival. Gym Access Gym access is available for a one-time fee of $10 per person. Guests who do not plan to use the gym are not required to pay this fee. Unit Size Approximately 305-316 sqft of interior living space, plus a 100 sqft private patio / lanai area. Please note that photos may be taken with wide-angle lenses, which can sometimes make spaces appear larger than they are in person. Parking Self-parking available in the building garage for $47 per day, payable at the on-site parking vending machine. Rates are subject to change. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6 ft. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit in the garage. Cancellation Policy All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is determined by the specific policy applied. Guests should review the cancellation terms carefully before confirming their reservation. Once a reservation is confirmed, travel dates may not be modified. We highly recommend guests consider purchasing travel insurance prior to confirming reservation. Travel insurance can help protect your trip in the event of unexpected schedule changes, delays, or other unforeseen travel disruptions. Building Operations The property is located within a privately managed building. From time to time, building management may conduct routine maintenance, fire alarm testing, inspections, or other operational work that could temporarily affect services such as water, electricity, elevators, or common areas. These activities are controlled by building management and are outside of the our control. While these situations are not frequent, they can occasionally occur as part of normal building operations. Location & City Environment The property is situated in central Waikiki, a vibrant and active area. As with most city locations, guests may occasionally notice sounds from street traffic, nearby businesses, building activity, or neighboring units. Annual Pool Closure: Please be advised that the Island Colony pool and jacuzzi deck will be temporarily closed for annual preventative maintenance beginning Sunday, November 9 at 9:00 PM. The pool and jacuzzi area are scheduled to reopen on Monday, November 17 at 7:00 AM, weather permitting. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding during this temporary closure!

We require all guests to follow the building's rules and regulations. These include no smoking inside the unit and no parties or events. Additionally, we ask that guests respect the quiet hours from 10pm to 7am as a courtesy to the building's residents. We also ask that guests cooperate with the building's policies regarding emergency situations, repairs, maintenance, fire alarm testing, emergency evacuations, and water shut-offs as needed. I had an amazing stay here! The place looked exactly like the photos, and everything was clean and as expected. I really enjoyed my time here. Jayden and his team were also really helpful. Their communication was excellent, and they made everything so easy if we ever needed anything during our stay. One of my favorite parts was the view, especially at night. It was beautiful! I also loved that there was a breakfast spot right downstairs in the lobby, which made mornings so much easier. The amenities were great, and everything about my stay exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Great location. Beautiful apartment. Good place to lay your head at night after adventuring. There are fees to park your car which gets really spendy. so I would suggest just walking everywhere or renting a turo for a day or two to get to get around the island. Jayden and his team were very kind and helpful throughout the whole experience. We recommend that you stay here!

Omg, absolutely cleeean, quiet & comfortable! The view was just as described , "BREATHTAKING"!! Pricey parking but, very secured and safe. Hard to find street parking so, I was already prepared to pay. No big deal! Conveniently located near any & everything. Host was very welcoming!! I totally recommend Jayden's place to anyone & I can't wait to return. This was me & my husband first time in Hawaii celebrating our 16 year Anniversary! It was so much to do & see. After all the outdoors adventures and water sports, coming back to something relaxing to lay my head definitely top the cake lol. ..Thankyou so much Jayden, we appreciate it :)

Jaydens place was lovely and extremely convenient. It is steps or blocks from avrything we needed like shopping centers, markets, activities, restaurants and more. The bed is extremely, very comfortable! I am positive it's memory foam. I loved it! Thr kitchen has everything we needed and more. I loved the balcony view. You got to see the Ocean and Canal. Jayden communicated everything in advance and handle whatever required his attention in a very speedy timlwy manner. I would love to come back and stay there in the future. I definitely recommend this location!!!
