Please plan your travel schedule accordingly. Luggage storage may be available through the building front desk for a fee. Sofa Bed If you plan to use the sofa bed during your stay, please inform our team in advance so we can ensure it is properly prepared. Housekeeping This property is privately managed and not associated with the hotel, therefore housekeeping services are not provided during your stay. The unit will be stocked with basic daily essentials based on the reservation size and length of stay. Please note that photos may be taken with wide-angle lenses, which can sometimes make spaces appear larger than they are in person. Parking Self-parking available in the building garage for $47 per day, payable at the on-site parking vending machine. Rates are subject to change. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6 ft. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit in the garage. Cancellation Policy All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is determined by the specific policy applied. Guests should review the cancellation terms carefully before confirming their reservation. Once a reservation is confirmed, travel dates may not be modified. We highly recommend guests consider purchasing travel insurance prior to confirming reservation. Travel insurance can help protect your trip in the event of unexpected schedule changes, delays, or other unforeseen travel disruptions. Building Operations The property is located within a privately managed building. From time to time, building management may conduct routine maintenance, fire alarm testing, inspections, or other operational work that could temporarily affect services such as water, electricity, elevators, or common areas. These activities are controlled by building management and are outside of the our control. While these situations are not frequent, they can occasionally occur as part of normal building operations. Location & City Environment The property is situated in central Waikiki, a vibrant and active area. As with most city locations, guests may occasionally notice sounds from street traffic, nearby businesses, building activity, or neighboring units. Annual Pool Closure: Please be advised that the Island Colony pool and jacuzzi deck will be temporarily closed for annual preventative maintenance beginning Sunday, November 9 at 9:00 PM. The pool and jacuzzi area are scheduled to reopen on Monday, November 17 at 7:00 AM, weather permitting. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding during this temporary closure!

We require all guests to follow the building's rules and regulations. These include no smoking inside the unit and no parties or events. It was a great stay! Popular location, very central in Waikiki. The restaurant at the the Level floor is very convenient, and delicious. We had a late departure at the airport, but were able to store our luggage for the day at 808 Smart Car Rentals for $5 a bag. That was extremely helpful.

We just stayed here for two nights to extended a work celebration, and loved it! It was easy to check in after hours and easy to park with our car rental. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Great location. Walking distance to everything in Waikiki. Views of the ocean and skyline were a highlight! The space is small, but we didn’t spend a lot of time inside, so it was everything we needed.

Place is as pictured and the view is lovely. It was the right amount of space for two people. Location is great as it’s so close to all things Waikiki. Parking was definitely confusing but another guest helped us out. All amenities were in the room. The host said there wasn’t a beach umbrella available but luckily a prior guest left one. Beach chairs are actually camping chairs so not great to use at the beach. They fixed the balcony door lock situation by inserting a new one so we never got locked out thankfully. The balcony gets pretty warm though due to the AC condenser blowing hot air at you so we didn’t stay out there much. One big disappointment was the bed wasn’t very comfortable for us and we sent the host a message just to inform them that the planks creak and pop loudly with each turn or movement. They responded quickly. On our last night both key fobs stopped working so I had to ask front desk for a new one because I couldn’t get through the doors or up the elevator.

You couldn't ask for a better location - walking distance to downtown Waikiki with tons of restaurants around. The view was also spectacular. The place was small, but perfect for 2 people. Has everything you need. One recommendation would be to get beach chairs, as the beach chairs included with the apartment are camping chairs. The stay was 10/10!
