Please note that photos may be taken with wide-angle lenses, which can sometimes make spaces appear larger than they are in person. Parking Self-parking available in the building garage for $47 per day, payable at the on-site parking vending machine. Rates are subject to change. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6 ft. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit in the garage. Cancellation Policy All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is determined by the specific policy applied. Guests should review the cancellation terms carefully before confirming their reservation. Once a reservation is confirmed, travel dates may not be modified. Building Operations The property is located within a privately managed building. From time to time, building management may conduct routine maintenance, fire alarm testing, inspections, or other operational work that could temporarily affect services such as water, electricity, elevators, or common areas. These activities are controlled by building management and are outside of the our control. While these situations are not frequent, they can occasionally occur as part of normal building operations. Location & City Environment The property is situated in central Waikiki, a vibrant and active area. As with most city locations, guests may occasionally notice sounds from street traffic, nearby businesses, building activity, or neighboring units. Annual Pool Closure: Please be advised that the Island Colony pool and jacuzzi deck will be temporarily closed for annual preventative maintenance beginning Sunday, November 9 at 9:00 PM. The pool and jacuzzi area are scheduled to reopen on Monday, November 17 at 7:00 AM, weather permitting. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding during this temporary closure!

We require all guests to follow the building's rules and regulations. These include no smoking inside the unit and no parties or events. Good pool and hot tub just down one floor, all very clean and well maintained. This is also where the grocery and laundry are located. Would definitely highly recommend for a couple and would return.

Great place it was perfect for me and my husbands 1 week stay everything was walkable stores food places and the beach. Room was clean and had everything we needed ! Even had a pack and play in the closet for anyone with children….Only downfall was the smell of the trash shoot if someone left it open on the floor but otherwise i would definitely stay again!

Loved this place! Everything is near by, place is very clean. I would give this place 5 stars, only picky downside is that the bathroom was really small and there was little space to place clothes into drawers for us to unpack our luggages. Very minor things, but worth noting. Overall, amazing stay and beautiful place. Loved the pool and hot tub!
