Please plan your travel schedule accordingly. Luggage storage may be available through the building front desk for a fee. Sofa Bed If you plan to use the sofa bed during your stay, please inform our team in advance so we can ensure it is properly prepared. Housekeeping This property is privately managed and not associated with the hotel, therefore housekeeping services are not provided during your stay. The unit will be stocked with basic daily essentials based on the reservation size and length of stay. Guests who do not plan to use the gym are not required to pay this fee. Unit Size Approximately 305-316 sqft of interior living space, plus a 100 sqft private patio / lanai area. Please note that photos may be taken with wide-angle lenses, which can sometimes make spaces appear larger than they are in person. Parking Self-parking available in the building garage for $47 per day, payable at the on-site parking vending machine. Rates are subject to change. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6 ft. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit in the garage. Cancellation Policy All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is determined by the specific policy applied. Guests should review the cancellation terms carefully before confirming their reservation. Once a reservation is confirmed, travel dates may not be modified. We highly recommend guests consider purchasing travel insurance prior to confirming reservation. Travel insurance can help protect your trip in the event of unexpected schedule changes, delays, or other unforeseen travel disruptions. Building Operations The property is located within a privately managed building. From time to time, building management may conduct routine maintenance, fire alarm testing, inspections, or other operational work that could temporarily affect services such as water, electricity, elevators, or common areas. These activities are controlled by building management and are outside of the our control. While these situations are not frequent, they can occasionally occur as part of normal building operations. Location & City Environment The property is situated in central Waikiki, a vibrant and active area. As with most city locations, guests may occasionally notice sounds from street traffic, nearby businesses, building activity, or neighboring units. Annual Pool Closure: Please be advised that the Island Colony pool and jacuzzi deck will be temporarily closed for annual preventative maintenance beginning Sunday, November 9 at 9:00 PM. The pool and jacuzzi area are scheduled to reopen on Monday, November 17 at 7:00 AM, weather permitting. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding during this temporary closure!

We require all guests to follow the building's rules and regulations. These include no smoking inside the unit and no parties or events. Great place to stay in Oahu, near a lot of places and walkable to the beach. Place was clean and had a ton of amenities toaster, blender, etc. Was nice to share with 2 friends. I loved the pool and hot tub as well. Only thing was that there’s a ton of floors so the elevators take a while. And it can be crowded, split between people who live there or renting etc. The hallways could be redone as well as they were pretty dark and old looking. Overall would recommend and go back! Hosts had great quick communication as well, thank you!

the apartment was exactly as pictured, beautiful and minimal, and the hosts were very communicative leading up to the stay, which was very helpful because it can be a bit tricky figuring out how to enter the first time so the step by step photos were great. the pool was really nice and the neighborhood very walkable, felt like a honolulu local. the space was clean and very functional, i feel like they used the space very well with the furniture there.

It was a nice place! Hosts were helpful and responsive. The bed and linens were super clean as well. Location was good if you want to be right in Waikiki but we personally aren’t big city people so we didn’t like the crowd aspect but that’s not a reflection of the air bnb. I will say they could use some more detailed cleaning such as the light switch plates and doors etc, also the sink was tiny which makes it hard to do dishes. But overall the air bnb was great and it was a good experience!
