Please plan your travel schedule accordingly. Luggage storage may be available through the building front desk for a fee. Sofa Bed If you plan to use the sofa bed during your stay, please inform our team in advance so we can ensure it is properly prepared. Housekeeping This property is privately managed and not associated with the hotel, therefore housekeeping services are not provided during your stay. The unit will be stocked with basic daily essentials based on the reservation size and length of stay. If a specific amenity is important for your stay, we recommend confirming availability with our team prior to your arrival. Gym Access Gym access is available for a one-time fee of $10 per person. Guests who do not plan to use the gym are not required to pay this fee. Unit Size Approximately 563-570 sq ft of interior living space, plus a 100 sqft private patio/lanai area. Please note that photos may be taken with wide-angle lenses, which can sometimes make spaces appear larger than they are in person. Parking Self-parking available in the building garage for $47 per day, payable at the on-site parking vending machine. Rates are subject to change. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6 ft. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit in the garage. Cancellation Policy All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is determined by the specific policy applied. Guests should review the cancellation terms carefully before confirming their reservation. Once a reservation is confirmed, travel dates may not be modified. We highly recommend guests consider purchasing travel insurance prior to confirming reservation. Travel insurance can help protect your trip in the event of unexpected schedule changes, delays, or other unforeseen travel disruptions. Building Operations The property is located within a privately managed building. From time to time, building management may conduct routine maintenance, fire alarm testing, inspections, or other operational work that could temporarily affect services such as water, electricity, elevators, or common areas. These activities are controlled by building management and are outside of the our control. While these situations are not frequent, they can occasionally occur as part of normal building operations. Location & City Environment The property is situated in central Waikiki, a vibrant and active area. As with most city locations, guests may occasionally notice sounds from street traffic, nearby businesses, building activity, or neighboring units. Annual Pool Closure: Please be advised that the Island Colony pool and jacuzzi deck will be temporarily closed for annual preventative maintenance beginning Sunday, November 9 at 9:00 PM. The pool and jacuzzi area are scheduled to reopen on Monday, November 17 at 7:00 AM, weather permitting. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding during this temporary closure!

House rules
We require all guests to follow the building's rules and regulations. These include no smoking inside the unit and no parties or events. Additionally, we ask that guests respect the quiet hours from 10pm to 7am as a courtesy to the building's residents. We also ask that guests cooperate with the building's policies regarding emergency situations, repairs, maintenance, fire alarm testing, emergency evacuations, and water shut-offs as needed. If any building amenities such as the pool, gym, or hot-tub will be closed, we will provide advance notice in the listing description and our first welcome message. Amazing place! Had everything we needed for our family holiday. We stayed 7 nights and loved the location, 5-10 mins walk from everything, and the modern furnishings. Host was incredibly responsive Kitchen was well supplied. We made good use of the coffee machine. The beach chairs also came in handy. Water pressure in the shower was probably one of the best we’ve had in our travels, which was nice to come back to after a day at the beach. Overall I’d highly recommend for a family stay in Waikiki!

Great place to stay near everything. We were a family of five and were very comfortable. It was a bit noisy so if you’re a light sleeper, this place is not for you. Everyone was really friendly. Plave is safe and secure. Easy check in and check out. Host responds back fast. They offered folding chairs and extra towels, which was great.

We had an excellent stay at this Airbnb. Great condo!! It was clean, stylish and the location was perfect. The strip was 2 avenues away and everything was in walking distance. The only issue is that the top bunk didn’t seem to be able to handle the weight of an adult. Overall, I would gladly stay there again!
