Please plan your travel schedule accordingly. Luggage storage may be available through the building front desk for a fee. Housekeeping This property is privately managed and not associated with the hotel, therefore housekeeping services are not provided during your stay. The unit will be stocked with basic daily essentials based on the reservation size and length of stay. Guests who do not plan to use the gym are not required to pay this fee. Unit Size Approximately 305-316 sqft of interior living space, plus a 100 sqft private patio / lanai area. Please note that photos may be taken with wide-angle lenses, which can sometimes make spaces appear larger than they are in person. Parking Self-parking available in the building garage for $47 per day, payable at the on-site parking vending machine. Rates are subject to change. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6 ft. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit in the garage. Cancellation Policy All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is determined by the specific policy applied. Guests should review the cancellation terms carefully before confirming their reservation. Once a reservation is confirmed, travel dates may not be modified. We highly recommend guests consider purchasing travel insurance prior to confirming reservation. Travel insurance can help protect your trip in the event of unexpected schedule changes, delays, or other unforeseen travel disruptions. Building Operations The property is located within a privately managed building. From time to time, building management may conduct routine maintenance, fire alarm testing, inspections, or other operational work that could temporarily affect services such as water, electricity, elevators, or common areas. These activities are controlled by building management and are outside of the our control. While these situations are not frequent, they can occasionally occur as part of normal building operations. Location & City Environment The property is situated in central Waikiki, a vibrant and active area. As with most city locations, guests may occasionally notice sounds from street traffic, nearby businesses, building activity, or neighboring units. Annual Pool Closure: Please be advised that the Island Colony pool and jacuzzi deck will be temporarily closed for annual preventative maintenance beginning Sunday, November 9 at 9:00 PM. The pool and jacuzzi area are scheduled to reopen on Monday, November 17 at 7:00 AM, weather permitting. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding during this temporary closure!

House rules
We require all guests to follow the building's rules and regulations. These include no smoking inside the unit and no parties or events. Additionally, we ask that guests respect the quiet hours from 10pm to 7am as a courtesy to the building's residents. We also ask that guests cooperate with the building's policies regarding emergency situations, repairs, maintenance, fire alarm testing, emergency evacuations, and water shut-offs as needed. If any building amenities such as the pool, gym, or hot-tub will be closed, we will provide advance notice in the listing description and our first welcome message. Great location in Waikiki, only a few blocks from everything. The space is comfortable for 2 people, had everything we needed for our trip. The only thing that came up for us was that the unit is next to the trash chute, and you can hear when someone drops something in.

Overall, we had a nice stay. The room was clean and the perfect size for a couple. The location was convenient, and we enjoyed our time in Hawaii. The only downsides were that the room was located right next to the trash chute, which created a strong odor at times and was quite loud throughout the day as people threw away their trash. We also stayed for a week and did not receive any extra towels or bedding, so I ended up washing them myself during our stay. Other than those issues, we enjoyed our visit and appreciated the accommodations.

The place is accurately described: small but clean, bright and comfortable. Instructions were thorough and clear. Check in/out couldn’t have been easier. The Hosts were proactive and super responsive. As others have mentioned the hallway is a bit rundown but beyond Jayden’s control. I was expecting more street noise being only 8 floors up, but other than some early morning garbage trucks it was very quiet. Speaking of garbage the unit is next to the trash chute. You will hear when it is occasionally used between 7am and 10pm. Overall the experience exceeded my expectations, well done Jayden!

The studio was very clean, very comfortable, so pretty, all you need everything was there. Love the pool. The only negative thing was that the first night we stay the next room had a very loud music (party) on the porch since 1am to 7am. We couldn’t sleep the whole night. Very noisy traffic also, the location is very close to the beach , and main streets to walk around and shop around , lots places to eat around as well !!

The location is fantastic—close to all the attractions and amenities, making it super convenient for exploring the area. However, I was disappointed with the hospitality of the hosts. They were not very welcoming or responsive, which made my stay feel a bit less enjoyable. Additionally, the property has a trash chute right next to the unit, and it was quite loud at times along with patio doors that shook with any blow of wind. The noise from the chute and doors was disruptive, especially during the night. Overall, while the location is a major plus, the lack of host hospitality and the noise issue from the trash chute detracted from my experience.
