Heightened wheelbase vehicles, large trucks and SUV's may not fit in the garage. •Lost parking gate cards will result in a replacement fine of $250.00 •Lost garage entry fob will result in a replacement fine of $50.00 per fob. •Please use caution and review the weight restrictions of the foldout Murphy bed. Max 180lbs. •Early checkins may not be available due to the parking gate card used by cleaning, please do not checkin early unless advised. •Checkout time is at 11AM. •For the use of the Murphy bed and sleeper sofa, please provide advance notice so we may provide additional linens in the unit. •Laundry pods are provided for the washer and dryer.
