The unit will be stocked with basic daily essentials based on the reservation size and length of stay. Please note that photos may be taken with wide-angle lenses, which can sometimes make spaces appear larger than they are in person. Parking Self-parking available in the building garage for $47 per day, payable at the on-site parking vending machine. Rates are subject to change. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6 ft. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit in the garage. Cancellation Policy All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is determined by the specific policy applied. Guests should review the cancellation terms carefully before confirming their reservation. Once a reservation is confirmed, travel dates may not be modified. We highly recommend guests consider purchasing travel insurance prior to confirming reservation. Travel insurance can help protect your trip in the event of unexpected schedule changes, delays, or other unforeseen travel disruptions. Building Operations The property is located within a privately managed building. From time to time, building management may conduct routine maintenance, fire alarm testing, inspections, or other operational work that could temporarily affect services such as water, electricity, elevators, or common areas. These activities are controlled by building management and are outside of the our control. While these situations are not frequent, they can occasionally occur as part of normal building operations. Location & City Environment The property is situated in central Waikiki, a vibrant and active area. As with most city locations, guests may occasionally notice sounds from street traffic, nearby businesses, building activity, or neighboring units. Annual Pool Closure: Please be advised that the Island Colony pool and jacuzzi deck will be temporarily closed for annual preventative maintenance beginning Sunday, November 9 at 9:00 PM. The pool and jacuzzi area are scheduled to reopen on Monday, November 17 at 7:00 AM, weather permitting. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding during this temporary closure!

Great location, but unacceptable sleeping arrangements for three people. The location of this property is excellent and within easy walking distance to the beach. However, we were highly disappointed with the sleeping setup. The listing states it sleeps up to three people, but the third bed was just bedding placed on top of two pieces of wood directly on the floor. It was incredibly painful and difficult to get in and out of. If you are traveling as a group of three, be aware that the third bed is not a proper or comfortable setup.

My husband and I were happy to spend our first time in Oahu in Jayden’s studio in Waikiki. Just a few minutes away from the lots of food options, markets, parks and the mall! The beach is less than 15 mins away and we were thrilled to have beach chairs and umbrellas available to use! Our hosts were very responsive and friendly with clear instructions for check in and check out. The studio was very clean and kept cool with AC. A little bit noisy but to be expected being in Waikiki. It was also nice to have access the amenities like luggage storage and the pool. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice studio in a prime location!
