Please plan your travel schedule accordingly. Luggage storage may be available through the building front desk for a fee. Housekeeping This property is privately managed and not associated with the hotel, therefore housekeeping services are not provided during your stay. The unit will be stocked with basic daily essentials based on the reservation size and length of stay. Guests who do not plan to use the gym are not required to pay this fee. Unit Size Approximately 305-316 sqft of interior living space, plus a 100 sqft private patio / lanai area. Please note that photos may be taken with wide-angle lenses, which can sometimes make spaces appear larger than they are in person. Parking Self-parking available in the building garage for $47 per day, payable at the on-site parking vending machine. Rates are subject to change. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6 ft. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit in the garage. Cancellation Policy All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is determined by the specific policy applied. Guests should review the cancellation terms carefully before confirming their reservation. Once a reservation is confirmed, travel dates may not be modified. We highly recommend guests consider purchasing travel insurance prior to confirming reservation. Travel insurance can help protect your trip in the event of unexpected schedule changes, delays, or other unforeseen travel disruptions. Building Operations The property is located within a privately managed building. From time to time, building management may conduct routine maintenance, fire alarm testing, inspections, or other operational work that could temporarily affect services such as water, electricity, elevators, or common areas. These activities are controlled by building management and are outside of the our control. While these situations are not frequent, they can occasionally occur as part of normal building operations. Location & City Environment The property is situated in central Waikiki, a vibrant and active area. As with most city locations, guests may occasionally notice sounds from street traffic, nearby businesses, building activity, or neighboring units. Annual Pool Closure: Please be advised that the Island Colony pool and jacuzzi deck will be temporarily closed for annual preventative maintenance beginning Sunday, November 9 at 9:00 PM. The pool and jacuzzi area are scheduled to reopen on Monday, November 17 at 7:00 AM, weather permitting. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding during this temporary closure!

We require all guests to follow the building's rules and regulations. These include no smoking inside the unit and no parties or events. Fantastic apt in Waikiki! It was a fantastic stay - the unit was incredibly clean when we moved in, and the amenities are great. We enjoyed a fantastically comfortable bed and a very cozy and comforting atmosphere with the blackout curtains. The hosts were super responsive, made it easy to check in and check out, and the front desk offered luggage storage for a tiny fee. Overall fantastic place, we will be back for sure!

We enjoyed our stay here! It was at a great location, a few blocks away from the Main Street. It was a little tight near the kitchen and bathroom area but other than that, it was a comfortable stay!

Stayed at Jayden's place for a week and it was a good space. Very walkable. Parking is a squeeze but that's how it is in pretty much any garage in the area. There was an odor in the hallway (maybe because it's near the trash shoot?) and when we first came into the unit, but it wasn't intolerable. Everything else was great, the lanai was spacious and we were also provided with beach gear such as chairs, towels, an umbrella (this is slightly broken but still worked), and a body board. Overall we had a good experience!

We stayed in this great apartment for 4 nights. it was exactly what we needed. Check in was super simple to pick up the fobs even with our night time arrival and instructions beforehand were all very clear. The apartment is modern and clean. The balcony was fantastic, beautiful views of the canal. There is so much to do around the apartment building and the neighbourhood had a good feel to it. The bed is really big and super comfortable! Would Recommend!

We appreciate the effort you've put into creating a 5-star experience! This Airbnb was a hidden oasis—the building doesn't reflect the gem inside. The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The big TV was a nice bonus, but the kitchenette really stood out; we bragged to friends in a 'fancy' hotel that didn’t have that convenience. The host was incredibly responsive, and the clear instructions made check-in effortless. After our 9-hour flight from Houston, the hot shower was exactly what we needed to relax, and the mattress ensured a restful night’s sleep. The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the bay and close to great spots like Lay Low for fries and drinks with a view, and Piko for their $5 Happy Hour. The International Market Place let us catch the island vibe, and being near the shopping district was a bonus. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, thanks to Hayden, Audrey, and Michael. We had an awesome stay! The hosts were very responsive, friendly and checked in if we needed anything throughout the stay. If you’re looking for a luxurious but affordable place I highly recommend this rental. The bed was comfortable and room/bathroom were both very clean. Quality furniture and a nice patio table set to enjoy meals or for those who work from home. There were no bugs in the unit and a fully equipped kitchen. Will be booking upon return to Oahu! 5 star rating from me! Thanks Jayden!
